This is my 80-year-old gift for Grandma. She loves the style and function. She feels surrounded by the whole person lying on it. She massages gently and takes a lunch break while massaging. It becomes her daily work. Pain in the back and waist no longer exists.

Works well, the rollers are a bit harsh because the leather is so thin. Obviously it's not as good as the models that run 2k+ but that's ok.It's a good chair for a fair price.

My chair worked only for 2 month. Now foot roller and left shoulder airbag stopped working. They stated that 3 years warranty is included. I was trying to call them, sent two emails, no response!!! Going to contact Amazon customer service tomorrow.10/23/19 Update: Amazon customer service found my claim as unfavorable. Seller still present at Amazon marketplace. I decided to meet with Small Court Judge, lets see...

For the price it's an excellent chair. I'm 5' 2" so it doesn't fit in the areas sometimes I need massaged. I have to lower myself in the chair to get to my shoulder muscles which is where I have the most need for massage. With certain settings the rollers are too rough and this comes from several persons in our family who have used it. We use a pillow behind our back. The rollers work great on bottoms of the feet for those who enjoy a foot massage. The leg "squeezing" I think is helpful. The arm "squeezing" I'm not that impressed with, it only squeezes the hand area there really isn't room for the upper arm. The only thing I would have liked in this chair was for the massage rollers to go higher up on the chair.

We tested several massage chairs at Costco, Sams, and any other opportunity we had. All seemed fine, but way more money than I wanted to spend, especially because I wasn't sure it would be that thing that use it first week, then forget about it.Well, it's been more than 3 weeks and the entire family is still enjoying it very much.Some improvements I would like to suggest to the manufacturer:1) Change the programing, so it doesn't go back to initial state automatically after it's finished. The reason is that I sometimes fall asleep on it while it's doing the massage, and the return from the incline to upright position wakes me up. :-)2) I only found out by accident that the length of the feet is spring loaded and adjustable. At first, I thought the chair was just for really short people. Until I found out the feet adjust. Maybe document that better, and use lighter springs.3) I would love a version with rollers on shoulders and legs, instead of the air bags. But I understand that it would be a totally different design. Just keep that in your design idea bucket.

The media could not be loaded. This massage chair is very easy to install and it took only 30 minutes. The remote control of this massage chair is also very simple to use and easy to understand. It has many functions to massage every part of the body. Everyday I sit on it and relax when I get home from work. My parents and family like it very much. Best gifts for parents.

It was a little bit of a pain to assemble, but works great!

*Update*The seller provided support material to fix the issue below.We just received our chair and assembled it at once. Beat up or rollers as well as the lower rollers in the back do not work. The knead function does not work. We reassembled it in order to troubleshoot the problem but could not fix it. I would like to return it and be compensated.
