Difficult to program. Not very happy about it.

Poor installation instructions and probabbaly defrective but needed the wire to ship freight. So ended up buying a full scale package for the wire.

Do not buy! First, the scale began to show fluctuating weights with the same item on the scale. One day the item registers one weight, a few minutes to a day later the scale would register a different weight, varying by as much as 2-3 pounds which is WAY off from their claims of accuracy. Second, the indicator no longer powers on. There was no warning, it just simply stopped working all of a sudden. I've only had the scale for three years and used it 22 times. The manufacturer suggested that they should only be expected to last 3-5 years. That's completely ridiculous. Perhaps you should advertise this so that people can account for (the lack of) longevity when making a purchase decision. Also, don't blame the failure on things other than your poor quality product. Spiders? Ants? Water? No - just good old fashioned horrible standards of quality. And the guy who answers their support phones doesn't seem to have a clue what he's talking about as he continually contradicted himself whilst trying to avoid acknowledging that their product is pure crapola. One positive thing is that it makes for a great paperweight, albeit an expensive one.
