Great book! It gives helpful instructions on how to reap all the benefits of forest bathing. I knew spending time in the woods was good for your mental health but no idea about how much it can improve your physical health as well! He gives many examples of ways to benefit so even people who are indoorsy don't have to miss out on this amazing practice.

Can't wait for my first Forest Bath!
Before reading this book, I wasn't really sure what forest bathing is. But now I'm planning my first experience soon. I live by the coast with lots of backcountry to explore. Thank you Jim!
