Used this in conjunction with some new cleanser. It works great and was cheaper than many others. It’s a little bit “excessive” because who needs THAT many spots to brush your brushes against (the sides, really?) but it does work well.I like that it fits on your hand....so you can use the force of your hand when brushing as well as hold your hand over the sink. I feel like those flat counter ones have more potential for mess. How do you get rid of the dirt on those? Un-suction them from the counter then dump? Or maybe you suction them into the sink? Either way, it seems you end up with a bigger mess. This was easy to hold over the sink then under the water.I also like that it’s cheaper than similar items, but it came with enough quality. The plastic is thick (I don’t see this tearing) and it works just fine.Buy it. The hardest decision about this item will be the color

I washed some of my makeup brushes last week by hand with Cetaphil... & then I ordered this little mit. Wow, the left-over makeup that came out of those same brushes when I used this mit (& Aesthetica brush cleaner) was amazing. I'm having dry eye issues & my Eye Dr told me to discard "old" eye makeup & brushes bc of bacteria build up. Now I'll keep them clean on a regular basis! Couldn't discard my it cosmetics eye pallette, it's only a few months old, but now I'm using really "clean" brushes or new ones only. Btw, if you have dry eyes, I found out I am allergic to TALC in any eye product (almost every shadow has talc, find ones with Mica)...so don't use eyeshadows that contain talc!!!

I am a novice at serious makeup and/or makeup brushes. I recently purchased a set of makeup brushes and I needed something besides just my hands to clean them with. Amazon reviews are my go-to when I need help in selecting a product. They didn't fail me this time, as this brush cleaner mitt does the job well and is super easy to use. I love the different 'regions' that allow you to clean/rinse each brush in a super-efficient way. I use it with a cleaner that I also purchased on Amazon and the two of them together help me to be diligent about cleaning my brushes after every use as recommended by the experts. I also like how it can be slipped over the bottle of cleaner to dry.

My brushes look brand new! I tried those things that spin your brushes around in a bowl of water, and was so disappointed when all three that I tried broke within their first uses (I returned them all) and was so mad that they were so expensive and didn’t work. This is a $5 solution that literally took me 5 minutes to clean all 10 of my makeup brushes. I love it! Can’t recommend this enough

This is at least the second product I've bought to assist cleaning my makeup brushes. Normally, cleaning alllll my brushes takes more than and hour and a half and makes my hand cold and wrinkly. This shaved off more than an hour from cleaning time. WORTH. IT. One of the other products I've purchased for this purpose was the little silicone mat that sticks to your sink... useless. It's so little and the suction cups immediately turn inside out and don't adhere at all to the sink. This is clearly what I should have bought originally. I still don't want to clean my brushes, but I am at least 75% more likely to do it with this.

This is my first time purchasing a brush cleaning glove/ mat. These kind of products were new to me, but I see how effective they are in really deep cleaning brushes, and not having to get your hands so puckered wet. The glove shape covers your entire hand which is more effective than the egg shapes which cover 2-3 fingers. The various textures are nice. It's kind of redundant funny that there are so many sections (i.e. refine, refine plus) but there's a lot of surface area and large variety of 'nubs' to work with. It's also convenient that this has a hook, so I hang it on my bathroom wall.I also use this to wipe off excess powder from my brushes so I can fast switch between colors. So for me, this has multi uses and I'm enjoying it so far! Seems to be good quality.

Why did I wait so long to get one of these?! Cut my cleaning time in half and did a great job. Now only one of my hands gets pruny! I used it with baby shampoo and my brushes were clean in seconds! I’ve never used a mat but this was so easy. Love the different textures that really get the makeup out and help to make my brushes sparkle. Maybe now I won’t wait 3 months between brush cleanings. Get this!

This scrubber mitt really helps me clean my brushes fast! I am really happy that it is easy to use, at such an economical price. I put the wet scrubber mitt on my left hand and add a drop or two of makeup brush cleaner. I work up to a foamy consistency. I take the dirty makeup brush in my right hand, and pressing lightly I make a circular motion with the brush into the mitt. Depending on the brush and material on it, I will lightly scrub it on the different bumps on the top and the bottom of the mitt. After working the makeup material off the brush I rinse the mitt and the brush together under a warm water faucet. Repeat the process with the next brush.
