Great information
The only reason it got a four star rating was the price. For a rather short book, paying the price of three hardback books was outlandish.

Full of editing errors
I found more than a few editing errors before reaching chapter two. The first sentence of chapter two has a typo. I’m required to read this book for a master’s program and am a little bewildered at the amount of errors found this early. I haven’t finished it yet.

I attended a workshop by Warren Graham and it was the best workshop I've ever attended
Should be a must read for all library staff, especially management and head of security of the library or the head of the security firm providing security service to the public. It is important for patrons and visitors to know the rules of the library right away. You don't want to have a ton of rules but you want to have the right rules and for the public to know how we expect them to behave as well as what they can expect from library workers. I attended a workshop by Warren Graham and it was the best workshop I've ever attended. Wish the entire library could have attended, not just a selected few.

Graham was a keynote speaker at a conference atttended
I was not looking for to listening to the speaker. When he stared speaking, I could have listened to him all day! I HAD to read his book. This is an easy to apply, practical, method and this book gives you everything you need to put it to use in your library. I will be purchasing a copy for our library. Thank you Mr.Graham!

Excellent information
This book was brief but gave excellent information. It had no 'padding'. I have worked in a bookstore and so I read it because I was curious about the library world. He hits the nail on the head time and again, plus it is a very interesting read. Obviously the author knows what he writes about. I would love to attend one of his presentations.

Entertaining, informative, and brief.
I found this book by chance while visiting the local university's library. This book was included on a display for National Library week. The title was intriguing and so I thought, "why not." I'm glad I did as this book is absolutely hilarious! It provides such an entertaining perspective on the world of public libraries and the oftentimesvague security issues that many librarians and administrators encounter, as well as offering sage advice/information on several topics related. The best thing: the book is brief.Great read and definitely a great investment.
