Left Handed Digital Keypad Door Lock with Backup Keys, Electronic Keyless Entry by Password Code Combination, Great for

This lock have been working without fault for just over a year now. It is now beeping which I take it to mean its time to change the battery. I now have the battery changed and the reset was pushed and the beep made with green and red light showing for a second or two. Now trying to reset my codes the lock does not want to acknowledge the default master code 0123 so I can change it and setup a couple of user codes.

Bought this in April 2016 (today is Jan 1 2017) Just stopped working today :-( Replaced batteries - nothing / checked voltage with v-ohm meter - 6 volts (takes 4 1.5v AA) - says it works if voltage is over 5. Looked online - re read manual - tried to set it up from beginning - NOTHING. The other thing I didn’t like but could live with was the keyboard only lights up when you punch a key - so if you’re trying to do this in the dark you have to get a flashlight or cell phone to see the keys. 8 months just doesn’t cut it! Looked on line and could not find how to contact the mfg so just decided to come here and leave this review - if the mfg would like to contact me I would love to hear from them for a replacement.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS THINGmy husband was skeptical but he loves it PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A LEFT HANDED LOCK so it won't work on a door that opens to the right!!!!!. I've had so many people call and ask for the manual as well so i'll add that to my review so people stop emailing me! :) For the money we spent it's super nice. ONLY down fall is it doesn't have light up buttons so at night you can't see it. BUT I went to the store and purchased a cheap $2 motion activated light that I stuck on the door above it and it works perfect!

Worked well until it rained. Now only the red light stays on and unit beeps until the power is depleted. NOT for outdoor or exterior use!

Rusts easily

Really good locks for a good price. Will be pay quit a few more of these

Purchased 4 locks (2 left hand, 2 right hand); 3 locks have failed within 45 days. Various issues from lock handle not engaging spindle, programming different codes does not work, or the "ON" button failing. Since it is past the 30 day return policy for Amazon, will try and contact manufacturer. Recommend old school locks, or another manufacturer.

Not what we thought we ordered. There was no place to unlock with a key in case of dead battery.
