I've never been reluctant to try different hot sauces over the decades. So ultimately, I've tried dozens of them, on multiple continents of this beautiful planet. While I tend to use Valentina primarily with Tex Mex and Mexican dishes, it is by far the most balanced and flavorful hot sauce I've come across.

Great sauce

This was a fun gift for my grandson. His favorite hot sauce could not find it in our local markets here so I ordered it on Amazon.

Discovered this at a restaurant in Cambridge, MA and switched over to it as my primary hot sauce from franks, sriracha, etc. excellent spice while still maintaining flavor - even with the extra hot variety. If you’re a fan of hot sauce, this is definitely a must try.
