If I could give this thing 10 Stars I would. I am a very petite person, and I've had a really hard time finding a contour pillow that works for me. I've spent nearly $200 on a pillow before, and nothing I've bought has ever been as soft, comfortable, or as supportive. This is an amazing as this pillow. First off, I was impressed by the packaging when it arrived. Very substantial, and felt like a very high-end product. I felt like I was opening something from Apple! The pillow was extremely well protected inside. When I opened the packaging, there was no chemical smell to the pillow AT ALL. I am extremely sensitive to smells and figured I would have to air it out for days. With many other pillows, I found the smell distracting sometimes even weeks later. I was able to sleep on this immediately, and took a fantastic nap. The material is a PERFECT firmness. It's almost kind of squishy- it's not like that really hard Tempur-Pedic foam. It's soft enough that it is soooo comfortable, even when I sleep on my side, which I do a lot. It hugs you, but its just firm enough that it kept my neck supported. with all the other contour pillows I'd tried, I would wake up at some point of the night uncomfortable and having to maneuver my pillow around or switch the pillow out entirely because they were hard, bulky, or too tall, and became uncomfortable throughout the night. I sleep all night with this and don't even know it's there. I've had neck injuries and neck pain for years, and found myself snoring recently. With one night of this pillow, I dont think my neck has ever felt so good. And for the first time in a long time, I didn't wake my husband up snoring. The fact that it's an adjustable height makes it even better. Because it's so soft and contouring, I've actually been just fine at the full height. But I look forward to trying a slightly lower height just to see how I like it. I will be giving these pillows as gifts, and my husband wanted one after my first night. I cannot recommend this pillow more highly, especially after my exhaustive search. And it is a fantastic price. I am so grateful for this pillow because I really needed the next support and didn't think I could ever find a pillow that would actually feel invisible for me. Thank you for making such a quality product. I am so impressed.

I had a Tempur pillow for almost 8 years and bought this as a replacement. It is legitimately adjustable and definitely sleeps cooler than a Tempur. It's still going to be a warmer pillow because it's solid foam so I'd say cooler than true memory foam but warmer than shredded memory foam. I would describe the firmness as just right, all of these "too soft" or "too firm" are useless personal opinions. You sink into the pillow but not too far (about an 1.5" - 2" ) so your neck is fully supported. I've had it for about a month so I don't know if it will hold up over time, however for 1/3 of the price as a Tempur pillow it really only needs to last 2-3 years.Now about the foam itself. It had the "chemical" smell of traditional polyurethane for the first two days, but it wasn't very strong. The smell was localized and didn't fill up a room or anything. I took it out of the pillow cover, washed the cover, separated the 3 foam layers and let them air out for 24 hrs and it was fine. Unfortunately the foam is not true memory foam. This is clearly polyurethane and not elastomeric polyerethane (this is why they charge so much for TempurPedic stuff). By virtue of its composition it is an automatically cooler material, so it's really inaccurate when products advertise that they are cooler than Tempur material while still being authentic memory foam. The same goes with beds, always ask/check the density of the memory foam since this will tell you if you're getting real elastomeric polyurethane. Bottom line is that it makes no difference in a pillow and I prefer the lighter, cooler material. This pillow gives me the memory foam feel, legit support, and is softer than my Tempur pillow. I haven't experienced any disruptions to my sleep and I don't wake up in any kind of pain, so for the price this is a really nice pillow.

I've had this pillow for a few months and since then, I've been sleeping better and my neck doesn't hurt as bad when I wake up. I've used other pillows like this before but the memory form in the Mugetu Gel really pops back and is much cooler then the others I've tried. This pillow is great for vacations as well, I roll it up as small as it will go, stick in my suitcase and when I get to the hotel, it's back to it's original size in a few seconds. This is actually my second pillow, my wife stole it from me and I had to get another.

I got this pillow for 30$ (40$ minus 10$ coupon).The reason I decided to get this specific pillow was the fact,that the height is adjustable thanks to the three individual pieces of the pillow, that a case was included and that it was not too expensive.The reason why I was on the hunt for a new pillow was that I recently pulled my shoulder and even when lying on the other shoulder on my regular pillow I still had pain in the impacted shoulder.When the pillow arrived, my pain was a little better already but not completely gone. But I could finally find a comfortable sleeping position again and after a few days my shoulder pain was completely gone. I didn't have neck pain either and I absolutely love the fact that I don't have to (re)adjust, fluff, punch and hit my pillow at night anymore. I put my head down and that's it! It feels comfortable, it doesn't get warm and it is longer than the pillow I had before, making moving at night easier since I don't have to move my pillow when I move.I use the side with the smaller "ear" under my neck but I like that it has the option to put a bigger support part under your neck. I use all three pieces of the pillow together because I like when my head is elevated a little bit.The foam itself gets back into it's original shape pretty quickly, at least so far but I am only using the pillow for approximately two weeks now.I just wish I could get a replacement pillow case separately so that it doesn't necessarily need to run through the dryer.Edit 12-21-2019: After my husband tried my pillow, he wanted one as well so we even bought a second one. That's how great the pillow is!
