New BlackBerry Z10 LCD Screen Digitizer Assembly Black

OK so I ordered a Z10 screen (from another vendor) some time ago as a backup because sometimes you crack a screen to a point where the phone is not functional. PS Thank you Blackberry in making a device in which the screen is easily changed by the owner. Apple should take notes. I finally needed the backup screen and low and behold, it was USED. I didn't think I need to take it out of the protective packaging to verify it's newness. It was missing a boss for one of the screws as well. It was non-functional. Which means I wasted time installing the non-functional screen, then replacing the old screen, then of course changing the screen again to the one I purchased from THIS vendor.So in a panic I ordered a screen from this vendor. It works, so I gave it 5 stars. I also rated it highly because it came with a nice set of tools, great protective packaging, a nice microfiber cloth and a screen protector. I didn't expect all the extras and really didn't need them as I have all of that stuff from previous screen installs, but it was nice nevertheless.

This screen assy is for BlackBerry Z10 3G version 001/111 as shown in pictures.Very easy installition. works excellent, no dead pixels, digitalizer works as good as the original.got it on time!05/12/2014 I downgraded my rate to 4 stars:Why? has to small but notable differences if you compare this screen with the original, 1) the has lower contrast and is a little bit yellow ( compared with a friends phone and mine looks yellowish) and at sun light it reflects more than the OM screen.

I Bought for the wrong model but on inspection screen was great quality was excellent packaged well. Comes with chassis/mid frame. And everything worked fine even when I worked around for it to work on the other model.

I ordered this screen to replace my original cracked BlackBerry Z10 screen after 2 years of ownership. I was pleasantly surprised to find out three Torx screwdrivers were included in the package. The smallest size was T4 which is used to remove main housing. However, to remove motherboard, you will need a T2 which is hard to find at retailers, I managed with the tip of a steak knife.Installation of screen is straightforward, you can follow a YouTube video as well. The only negative thing is after a day or so using the screen, I cleaned the screen and a slight imprint or haze remains in middle area of screen. Obviously not noticeable when screen is lit, but when black it looks like you missed a spot. Oddly enough, it does disappear with a good cleaner, but reappears in time. Maybe a defect in production, but I am happy that I was able to fix my screen for $20.
