The turnaround on the order was really quick. The set comes pre-assembled apart from 1 arm (4 x allen bolts) and connecting the bits together (2 sturdy plastic clips). Literally took longer to get it out of the box than it took to assemble.Very sturdy and comfortable even though I am 6'3" and 300+ lbs.Highly recommend to anyone looking for one - dont get caught out by the cheap chinese imitations that come flat packed. Previous experience has shown that they turn up missing fixings or havent had the threads cut properly etc etc. The over-all saving on those units is usually measured in 10s of £'s, yet you save much more than this in time and hassle.The sellers contacted me very quickly to confirm the order, and everything was shipped when expected. The product is good in itself and it’s functionality but it should be made clear the rattan will go brittle and break. Mine started to go after 2 years and is unusable after 4 years. Only fit for the bin. I should have checked when there was only a one year guarantee. When I questioned this the seller said it had been left in the sun too long. Silly me. The product should last longer for this price no question so beware or don’t use it outside.

After lots of measuring to see which corner sofa would fit best in the garden we decided on the 8 seater. I placed the order on the Sunday evening and it arrived on the Wednesday. Very easy to put together and it is a great size for several people to use. It is sturdy, colour is great, cushions are a perfect fit and the little stools fitting underneath the table are great when you don't need them as seats. We looked at various sets and although the pictures looked like they were a large corner sofa on measuring they weren't - this set is exactly as the picture shows! I would definitely recommend this company and this product. Also the customer service from this company is very good.

Very good value for money. Large seating area just what we wanted. Coffee table with a glass top looks great. There was some damage to the coffee table and I have sent photos to the company but no reply so not five star cus to me service..

This is an excellent item. Easy to assemble although the connectors to join the two pieces were a bit fiddly. We left them off and there has been no problem with separation . This sofa is fantastic value for money and the customer service team was excellent. The delivery driver also took it right down the garden for us as it was going in the summerhouse.

Looked at a lot before buying and this seemed to be best value. Arrived very quickly, easy to put together and very comfy. Would highly recommend.

Great addition to my decked area. Comfortable and stylish. The only assembly required was the arm on one sofa which didn't line up very well but wasn't too bad. Had a faulty sofa initially (courier damage, 1st courier was awful!) But the seller sorted the issue out very quickly with great communication so very pleased overall. The cushions are very thick and nice to sit on but do squash down after sitting on them a short while, its not a major issue as it's still comfy but you might fine yourself sinking closer to the person next to you than you think!
