Great Tool for This Type of Molex Pins
This tool works great for removing the 0.062 in. male and female Molex pins. Much easier than trying to remove the pins with a screwdriver. Very well built tool. Just place over each pin, apply a little bit of pressure to center the tool in the Molex connector hole, then apply a little more pressure and the spring loaded end of the tool pops the Molex pin and wire out from the opposite end of the connector.

Seller shipped quickly and tool appears to work.
Arrived quickly and appears to work. Finish of tool is pretty good and MUCH better than the other Waldom tool I ordered from the same seller. That tool, the W-HT-2285, the green one at the bottom of the picture is not as well finished and that's a shame.

What am I doing wrong?
Based on the great reviews, I feel I must be using this wrong. But- it ain't rocket science. I push this onto a pin and expect it to snap out - is that wrong? I typically use the black plastic "plunger" type with no issue, except it's a little hard to manage in tight spaces. I thought this would be better since I don't need one hand to press a plunger. But all I manage to do is make it even harder to get out. It seems to be jamming the wings into the plastic before they are fully compressed. Very thankful I was able to pull them out with needle nose pliers, luckily without breaking wires. This happened with 2 pins I tried it on, then I went back to using the old trusty plunger type without fail. Guess I just don't get it. Will be returning but hate to rate it poorly when maybe it's just me? IDK

Works Fine!
This extraction tool for Molex pins works fine - BUT - there is a learning curve to using it. Don't expect to just slide it over the pin and have the pin be released. You have to press. Once you get the technique down, you'll be all set.

Nope
EDIT- Does not pop .093 female pins easily. Pops the male pins no problem. I had to bang the tool on a surface while connected to the connector to get it to pop a female pin. So yes, it works, but it takes a lot of effort

Pushes pins like it ain't no thang
Pushes pins like it ain't no thang. This is the tool you want if you do a lot of molex pins and need a tool that will not fail. Recommended for professionals. Plus, it looks super sweet with its yellow anodizing. Added bonus if you are a Green Bay Packers fan (such as myself) and if you own the smaller one of these. Its green :)

It works like it should.
This tool was used once at work because the pin needed an extractor tool with this particular diameter to extract it out and solder the wire back into place. Will use it again when the time comes. No complaints.
