I recently started to bake macarons. At first I used parchment paper but found the bottoms of the macarons would sometimes stick and be hard to peel off. I ordered these macaron silicone baking mats and couldn't be happier. It's so easy to pipe uniform sizes and they don't stick. So far every batch made with these mats has turned out perfectly. I even left a batch in the oven too long when I didn't hear the timer and they still turned out good.The clean up great either in the dishwasher or with hand washing.For perfect macarons every time these mats are worth every penny. And the included piping tips and reusable bags are very handy too.

I will succeed at making macarons one day! This was an awesome purchase for making macarons. The mats give a great size reference for uniformity and the piping bags are great for reuse and clean easily. My macarons on the other hand need a little help.
