DTOL3.5mm Stereo Plug to Dual RCA Jack Adapter

Works well for my purposes....
Nobody misses Radio Shack, until they need the odd part to complete a project. Not only for stuff like this but for capacitors, resistors, and other electronic project tools/parts. I've gotten into refurbishing 'vintage' audio gear. That 'outdated' stuff we gave to our kids when they went off to college, or got rid of when a bulb burned out. Take a look around and see what that vintage gear is going for, especially the reconditioned Sansui stuff. Amazon and Parts Express are my new Radio Shack. Except it takes a couple days, instead of a trip to the mall, to get what I need. I hated the mall anyway. This is one of the parts that RS would have hanging near the cash register. Although it would have been 3x the price. This item works as advertised. Allows me to plug a portable CD player into standard RCA audio jacks so I can test the inputs on receivers I'm working on. Also gives me the flexibility to keep the RCA cables attached in case another device has RCA outs. That way I don't have to switch cables.

Don't have to throw away my old RCA (Radio Shack) Headphones after all.
This did the trick, I bought a new 32" Smart TV, but it did not have RCA connectors for my old wireless headphones like my previous TV did, so I took a chance and order this to see if I plugged my headphones with this adaptor if it would work and it did not super loud but it gets the job done, however it did work perfect on my Desktop PC. So it was worth the long long wait, I didn't realize this was coming from China, but it did work!

Simple cheap way to go from 1/8 male to RCA
I got this to hook up my PC to my home stereo and I did use it for that. The only problem I had ( and its not because of this but rather the way that the output jack on my PC was positioned) was the weight of the RCA cables made this loosen up or not make a total connection. The other factor to consider in this kind of application is that it is a little wide so if you have other jacks next to the jack you plug this into then you can't get to them because this blocks them. other than that it serves its purpose.

Yup - get one!
It works. No reason to look anywhere else - just get one.I use it to connect the headphone output jack of my laptop computer to my A/V receiver. In this way, I can play anything on the computer on my home theater system. Of course you can also use this to connect your mp3 player to the home theater, and you can even use it to connect most phones to the home theater. Double check on this last item, however - some phones like my Treo require a 2.5 mm jack, rather than the standard 3.5 mm jack.

It works fine.
I have not noticed any audio quality issues, however I am not using the best equipment anyway. It works without any issue for me.

thanks
don't like reviewing things without testing them first but I don't have what I was gong to use this for anymore so can't tell you if it works or not but it looks like the picture and I am sure it will be fine. Thanks

Saved money - Content
I was happily surprised at the promptness and quality of these electronic parts.I was a little disappointed that they weren't coded "red & black", according stereo colors - but I really was looking for a lower price, and I got what I asked for. I am content. Thanks!
