Mammoth Q3 UV-C & PlasmaWave Air Purifier Clean Air for Germ & Viruses Reduction w/ HEPA, Carbon & PCO - Walnut Color

In a small room, upstairs in my house, that is about 8'x12', I am doing some wood burning. I needed something that not only had a carbon filter but also a ionizer to help eliminate that burnt smell. This guy not only helps, but it keeps up and prevents my house smelling like it on fire. However, do note that this little guy does produce a lot of Ozone when left on high in such a small area thus making it a little heavy to breath around! So if you're not in the room, be sure to turn it down! I will turn this guy to high, burn for about 2 hours and leave run for about 6 more hours and then turn down to low for such a small room. It smells nice and clean when I return for burning the next time with no burnt smell at all!On any speed there is a sight high pitched hum or buzz going on inside the unit that I believe is the bulb and is the ONLY negative feedback that I have about it. It moves a ton of air when on high! I think they were being a little generous with stating 85 CFM!(I was NOT paid to write this review)Also weird note: if the unit costed $20 at the time of purchase, and a new filter is $25... I think they need to work that system out a little and bring the price of filters down!

Be sure to get the 7 stage. This is an amazing system and you can really see the difference and small it and feel it. Fresh clean air and very good for smoke. Surprised that the little unit did the room of smoke so well. Best part - all systems big and small use filters. The filters get the smoke on them and then at some point - 6 months or a month - they stink and they keep putting that stink back in the room. These filters are powerful but small and low cost. You can have the high end filtration value for $20 a month with this unit by just replacing filters often. Just paid $2100 for replacing my BlueAir big filter set for another room. This unit saves big time.

My Optomologist told me about this Air Purifier and that I could purchase one on Amazon. He has several Mammoth Q3 UV-C & PlasmaWave Air Purifiers in his office I'm thrilled with my purchase. I cannot believe the great price for such a quality looking machine. When received, It's so easy to use, just plug it in and turn it on. My eyes are feeling so much better since I keep mine running during the day.

The unit arrived yesterday, and so far so good. My apartment is 687sq ft and in less than a day, I've noticed a difference in the air quality. I have a pug and a cat, so hair is a flyin' constantly, leaving me to vacuum several times per week. Within the first few hours of having this thing plugged in, I noticed allot more hair and dust settle onto my dark wood furniture. The litter box room smells clean and fresh. Happy with my purchase so far.UPDATE: I've had this thing running constantly for about a week and still working like a charm. Although it may not cover as much area as I'd like, so I'll definitely be purchasing another one for my cat's litter box room. I can't really tell a reduction in allergies as I could with other units, but the air feels and smells cleaner all the time.UPDATE: I ordered another one of these units today because the first one I received is still working great. It will be nice to have fresh clean air throughout my entire apartment.

(Update: 9-11-2116 This is my 2nd unit purchased, first one was in walnut. I actually like the natural finish even better. Product works great for my kids room.)This little powerhouse made a big difference. Works great and does what it's supposed to.Update for Walnut finish: 7/14/16- still works great. Although I just noticed the price went down to $20.00. Probably gonna pick up another.

Meh..... I put this in our lake house master bedroom where we have this odor that won't go away. After 4 days it softened the odor a bit, but that's it. I bought a "classic" for the living room that works really well. I probably should have bought another one instead of this smaller unit. Looks nice, but I'm not super impressed.

Great product, Arrived on time, I have not taken it apart yet to make sure everything is ok. Works great, notice a big difference in small rooms, doesn't have the range that is stated. Love the wood casing and how quiet it runs. I wish that the fan was just a little bit stronger, seems to barely pull and push air through the machine.

I keep it running 24/7 in my home office and there's a noticeable improvement in air quality in that room compared to the rest of my house's unfiltered rooms. On its lowest setting it's pretty quiet and you also have the option of cranking it up to filter more air. I tried 3-4 different ones before finding this one and it's by far the best one in the price range on Amazon.
