Here is a true and accurate review from someone who doesn't tell her age but I am a distance from 50. I ran 7 days a week until last year. My hectic work schedule and change of terrain stopped my runs BUT I started up again knowing my knees are not 30 yr old knees. I am doing every other day now and these bands proved themselves yesterday. I had really pushed on a run one day. The next day walking the dog up/down the hills that are our neighborhood I was experiencing significant left knee pain to the point of limping on the walk at times. I considered not running at day's end but I love to run and wear these bands religiously on my runs. This run was pain free, no lie. I was amazed and thrilled. I always have said running is what makes me happy and serene. Thank goodness I found these bands. I am going to wear them walking the dog as well. I highly recommend.

Love love love these. I’m a waitress and on my feet 24/7. I have torn meniscus’ in both my knees. I wear compression sleeves under my jeans then these over the jeans. For a while I couldn’t even stand without these wraps on. I swear by them. I’ve tried many different things but between the compression sleeves and these wraps… this is the only reason I can still walk on my bad days. I’ve bought multiple of these to have.Only down side is that because my legs are fairly tiny so I ended up losing one of these wraps at work. The velcrow came undone and I didn’t notice in the shuffle. Thankfully these are cheap and I just ordered another pair.

6/10/25I was concerned it wouldn't fit because my knees are big. I weigh 212 pounds & the longer strap fit perfectly and still had space to make it tighter. I haven't worn them yet so I hope they actually provide me some comfort. ACL & Meniscus surgery 3yrs ago.Ok edit 6/11/25I wore them all day on 6/10 & both knees definitely felt great. Will purchase another set just because.

To be honest I was skeptical till i had knee pain and gave it a try and it helped so much. It’s not bulky. It’s soft and easy to put on. I have knee pain once in a while from compensating for the hip pain and I don’t have to wear it all the time but when I have pain it comes in handy and fits perfectly under my pants.

Worked miraculously for my lateral knee pain!I thought for sure I was headed for cortisone shots and 6 weeks of PT and eventually surgery after one year of intermittent knee pain with activity. In just one week I knew it was improving my knee. Now I only wear it occasionally during heavy activity and I’m considering running again after a one year break.

The item does exactly what it's supposed to do. The knee pads comes with 2 size straps ( small & large). I prefer the small straps as they fit more snug. When strapped up it does not move. I use it for running and I love it. The support is amazing and way better than having to pull up a regular knee brace. Just strap on a go. Fits very comfortable on leggings also. Great buy an amazing price.

Helped me immensely while I was dealing with knee instability. I was previously wearing a compression sleeve, but as summer rolled in they quickly became to hot. This product is very lightweight and you hardly notice you're wearing it. I'd put them on when my knee began to feel some discomfort. The discomfort I experience reduces almost immediately, and by a significant margin.

Honestly, I didn't have a lot of hope for this little thing, but I am tired of wearing the bulky braces or the sleeves that are hot. I've had several injuries to my knee so I'm not really sure what the final straw was or what my actual diagnoses would be, but I thought I'd try these out. I was surprised how I could immediately tell a difference when I put this on. I wore it to my daughter's graduation, walking a ton, and I've worn it everyday for the last several days and have NO pain. I am thrilled! I just purchased a second set in a different color. I love them!!
