The product is not well configured ... I put the product in the file, went to get the APP (which cost the eyes of the face) and did not like ... Do not recommend !!! It is what I think...

could not get this to work for me so I had to return it for a refund. it could be a mistake on my side but I got another brand and that worked. Hope this helps

Worked well but had to search for correct app...

Easy to use, and used it to fault find problems with my car, 3 sensor faults and an actuator. Could tell the guarge exactly what I wanted them to do.

Seems to work well I've only tried one app with it so-far and all is working well.

Very easy to use and to find and clear fault codes ....use constantly in my Mercedes Benz slk350
