Love it- may need to find better Wax however this starter kit is perfect for a starter kit.

I didn’t receive the sticks.

The wax machine itself works but the wax that comes with it??!! USELESS. I’m on my second pack and every time, EVERY TIME I use this wax I have to pluck half the hair it didn’t pull out. I refuse to shave so having a wax that doesn’t pull ANY hair really frustrates me and I have to go pay someone to wax other areas I cannot pluck myself. This is so useless.
