The quality of the kettle is amazing, the cord is also long . Writing a review after using it for 10 months I had about it in September 2020 and it has a one year warranty. The capacity is amazing and at this price point the best . It's easy to use and to clean. And the customer care is also good. One time it stopped working because of some water went in the base . I called the customer care and the next day they took it from me and sent me a replacement for it. Will suggest it for anyone to buy

The media could not be loaded. Was bit Hesitant to purchase this product mainly due to the price slightly on the higher side as compare to other makes offering at a slight lower price. But was very happy with my decision to purchase this product. Looks wise it is very good shiny red hot colour gives a elegant look, With cord length much Lengthier as compare to other makes kettle, perfectly serves the purpose. Very low sound and boiling hot water as required. Delivery was well before the expected delivery date. So faar using is for 4-5 days and happy to have it. Go ahead and buy this product.*Note:Have shared video and photo to check the cord length and shiny finish of the product.*

I am writing this review after using the product for 6 months and experiencing their after sales support. The product quality is probably the best in the product group with very good quality 304 grade Stainless Steel in the inside layer and very attractive looking Red Colour outer shell. Boils water in no time. The quality of plastic, sturdy handle, switch, insulation - they are all best in its class. Now coming to after sales experience - The kettle developed some problem in the month of June and since it was in warranty I thought of calling the customer service number mentioned on warranty card. They were very supportive - got the faulty electric kettle collected in 2 days and replaced it with a brand new kettle in 3-4 days. All this during the difficult Covid times with Lockdown/ Partial lockdown imposed in different parts of the country.I have experienced many companies who are too eager to sell you the product but become reluctant when it comes to honouring the Warranty commitments. In case of Le Forte, they were not just prompt in getting the kettle picked up and delivered a brand new as a replacement but also provided updates on whatsapp. So, 5 Stars for product and 6 Stars for after Sales support.

Writing this Review after using 10days:Pros: This kettle is made in India and not in China as mentioned by some people. Please see the attached picture. Cord Length: Nearly one meter. I measured with a tailor tape. Volume: Big Even though I would have preferred 1 litre bought it as all other kettles have some issue or other. Inside SS seems to be good. For looks, it is good even though my personal preference is a straight kettle.Cons: Big Size and occupies space on my working table (I use it for drinking green tea) Even though they mentioned it is Double-wall Vacuum insulated kettle, it does not keep the water hot for more than 15 minutes. When we touch outside after water boils, it is warm to hot. This feature is better than a plain SS kettle without the outer plastic.Conclusion: Recommend it as it is Indian made, has decent and sufficient cable length, looks good, Quality of material used seems to be good.Request them to manufacture litre kettles as well preferably straight design.

An amazingly neat finish, colour and make as far as the feel and looks of the product goes. Secondly the most important to many is the functioning of the product which in this Kettle's case is simple and very efficient and sweet to handle even when the water is bubbling hot.The inside stainless steel metal is of good quality and I make sure to use only good drinking water so as not to stain the inside of it. Personally I wouldn't want such a product to be used for any beverages, soups, etc. It will be long lasting if it's used just for what it's made (boiling water!) and it will serve it's purpose even for a lifetime.Therefore its a perfect piece.. Well designed, well made!Thanks to all involved in bringing forth this beauty to people... bringing forth smiles :)

The media could not be loaded. This kettle is actually a replacement piece I received today after returning the one i previously bought week ago (same brand).after unpacking it, i found the red top and black bottom being not properly fit and the screw at the bottom is loose.. i already returned the previous kettle for parts breaking off in between red and black parts and now it's the same part that's not fit properly. After some little with my fingers i managed to push it in and make it align... But i don't know the reason why these kettles are like this, even though the package arrived without damage the inside product has some defect regardless of outer packaging... My kind request to supplier please check the product twice before you ship it, i can't keep on returning and ordering again & again...It works for now, and from the experience so far I'll rate it 3stars if it didn't malfunction in the upcoming days I'll rate it 4star or 5...
