Initially thought it was over priced but happy with it now
Initially wasnt happy as it was advertised comes with dvd, which it doesn't. It is very strong and robust. I enjoyed using it

gymstick toning work-out
I try to use the gymstick each day - it doesn't always happen - things like housework & cooking & shopping keep getting in the way. I have found it extremely good for helping to tone. I have lost 3 stone since May so I have a lot of toning still to do, plus the fact I am not a youngster more a young at heart, funloving older person. I am very much enjoying my sessions with the gymstick plus I go to 3 aerobic sessions and an aquarobics lesson per week.
