Amazing headset
Amazing headset, especially for the price! ÂŁ60 is an absolute steal. Got these after using arctis pro wired for 2.5 years, I'm not getting a steel series headset again until they fix the durability problem. This headset doesn't quite sound as good as the arctis pro, however you can tweak the EQ to however you see fit. I have a profile set that sounds almost identical to the arctis pro now. You can also tweak how your mic sounds as well and is a lot better then the arctis pro. All in all, this headset beat arctis pro in both durability and mic quality but just falls short on audio quality but not by much. A truly fantastic headset! 5/5

Never had a headset as comfy and well made as this one
Its such a great headset. And to whoever decided to make the frame metal instead of plastic, thank you.Its so durable and I doubt this thing would ever break. with other headsets that I've owned, almost all of them have plastic frames, and every time, after around a few months it starts to crack and break. but thanks to having this one being metal, that issue wont happen. its a strong durable metal frame that probably wont ever break. also, if your wires do end up being damaged, you can always go buy a replacement. the wires connect to the headset but you can disconnect them and change them whenever you want. Now about the audio quality.at first I was blown away, but then I started feeling a bit weird after using them for a bit.I realised though, that I wasn't using the right wire. the box comes with 2 wires, one is for a phone or tablet, the other is a wire that's for computers which is supposed to be used with a usb connector. Also to note, each wire has blue stickers on them, to show you which one to use for your device. please look at them before using them.Anyway, back to the audio quality. its extremely good. especially when you've downloaded the Logitech G Hub software. You get to customise your sound as much as you want, and you can turn surround sound on which sounds great for gaming.I started playing Baldur's gate 3, I was using surround sound and it kind of felt like I was actually there.I'm not a sound guy, so idk much about sound quality but this is the best headset for quality and durability I've ever had. It can be a bit expensive, but I recommend waiting for a sale like I did. I got mine for around 50 pounds. Please buy this if you're looking for a long lasting high quality headset for 3d sound with gaming. You wont be disappointed.

Muffled with 3.5mm, good with usb connector and software.
I bought this to replace an aging Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 which has issues with the cable. If you are just plugging in with the 3.5mm, for example into an Xbox controller, it is tolerable - not terrible. If you are plugging in to a PC with the USB adapter, you have a lot EQ and customisation for the speakers and mic. There is also the option to enable surround sound but it kind of sounds like you are listening through a bubble so I don't enable it.Like other Logitech gaming products, you can save your settings to the device itself so you don't have to have the software running all the time.Regarding comfort and build, this is super comfy. Even after a few hours of gaming it doesn't get uncomfortable, though I can see myself getting sweaty in summer with this.Pros- Great build- Very comfortable- Cable length is long and not braided/scratchy (unlike the HyperX headsets)- Sound is great when paried with the software and USB adapter- Nice variety of microphone settings- Nice soft pouchCons- Surround sound is not all that great - I prefer it off- If you don't have access to the app its not all that great soundingCompared to other headsets:- Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 (not the HP model)This is still my favourite for build, comfort and earcup sound. The Cloud 2 has a more scooped sound signature compared to the Logitech which out of the box is more low-mid boosted and muddy. Mic is better on the Logitech G Pro X and I prefer the cable too. This lasted 5 years and the cable is pretty much dead.- Razer Barracuda X (2022 model onwards)This has an equally good mic and is better sounding than the Logitech without software - I would say it has a more neutral sound signature. The Barracuda X also has bluetooth and a wireless receiver, though it is not so reliable and I just used it in wired mode. The biggest difference though is the build - I would have kept the Barracuda X but after 1 week I could hear something rattling (maybe a loose screw?) inside one of the earcups, so returned it instantly - typical Razer quality.- Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha S (HP model)This has great build and comfort quality on par with the Logitech G Pro X. However the sound is horrendous. I can't hear any bass and it is too mid focused and muddy. Since HP took over apparently they found it hard to get the same drivers as before due to supply chain issues, but whatever it is they put in just sounds terrible. All other headsets are far better options and I returned the Cloud Alpha S the day I received it.-- Conclusion --Buy these if its on sale (got mine for 60 quid). They have good audio and when tweaked with software it can be great audio. Comfort is great and has sturdy construction. Only downside is plugging this with just the 3.5mm jack can sound a bit meh which could be a deal breaker if you are playing on Xbox.
