Easy to install. Looks great on our boat and doesn't get hot.

The product is exactly what it said it would be. Giving it 5 stars because you can’t make your boat look brand new for any cheaper. I redid my 20’ center console with 4 sheets and have some to spare. First I ordered the hydro turf knock off. Off of amazon. It was way to hard and very thin. Returned it and went with this. The material is much softer and more pliable. Cuts very easy with a razor knife. My only caution would be to MAKE SURE to double up on your adhesive. I used 3m maximum strength spray adhesive with the sheets and the stuff is never coming up.The bad reviews are probably coming from people who expected too much from the product. If you want high end sea decking? Go with actual seadeck. I did my whole boat for 300$ and people compliment it every time they see it.

Likes:- Cost is very inexpensive/affordable...I used a name brand company for my Swim Deck Platform = $850.00 (108" X 46") Deck.- Look is adequate. Acceptable. Exactly what I thought it was going to be based on low price. Way better than the 16 Year old Nasty carpet it replaced. Night and Day look. Great fit and finish- Easy to cut and manipulate- Shipping was quick- Alleviated mold smell from prior carpet.Dislike- Foam is too thin.- Factory Adhesive is sub-par...and they tell you that in the install instructions. I had 3M Adhesive Spray on stand by. Use it liberally. Make sure whatever surface you place this on is prepped (Sanded, Primed, Epoxy Sealed- Slight Color difference between sheets...did not bother me. Lots of shadows and differing light in the Boats Cabin and it's not noticeable.**Based on the prior comments I'd be very hesitant to place this product anywhere that direct sunlight will hit. Lots of comments on "shrinking" etc. Perfect for inside flooring by the Kitchen, toilet, group table and sleeping birth.

I decided on this particular product from this particular company after having compared it to other similar products. I expected it in a few days Because Amazon prime works like that. I'm used to it. I expect it. Then I found out it's coming from Hong Kong! I thought well I'll see you this sometime in the in the future. I got it in six days. Amazing!I had to put it out in the sun for several hours to warm it up so it wouldn't crack when I unrolled it but the backing says 3M so that tells me they're using a 3M adhesive and perhaps this is the second generation of the product. It looks great. I know when I install it on my boat it'll make a big difference.

This product is simply not designed for the heat of Florida. All of the pieces installed in direct sunlight eventually had adhesion issues. Additionally it was not the kind of adhesion issues where the pieces pulled up because of bad surface prep. The Sheets literally separated from themselves. Avoid unless you are installing in shaded or below deck areas.

I just received 2 pieces of this. The groove widths match and the color matches between the 2 pieces. I'm going to install it in a few weeks and will update periodically about how it wears and the glue holds up.Edit - 2 years later. This has been in my boat for a couple of years. It cleans up well, looks maybe a tiny bit faded but that could also be just it needing a good cleaning. Haven't had any issues and it's nice on your feet. It has not pulled up anywhere, the glue stays down fine. Note, I'm using this INSIDE my boat, not on deck.

Zero stars, this product is cheap garbage, first of all it comes wound up in a little box so tightly that the backing paper that covers the sticky on the back is all loose, you need to lay it out and put weight on it for two days before you can use it.I ordered in two different orders because I wanted to check out the fit before I got more, here's the really bad part - the color is WAY different than the first batch and the lines are just a little smaller on the second batch I received.This product shrinks after you cut it! ,,, also it's been on my swim platform for a week and you can see that it's shrinking even more and looks like it's already changing color, kinda looks like a pink eraser.Lastly, it does not stick down very well at all!, caution caution caution, I don't recommend

Love it so far, it came rolled up so I laid it out in the floor with some weights on for about a week to get some of the memory out of it. It has adhesive on the back but I also used some 3M spray glue as well and it was easy to install and stuck really well, it’s a lot easier on the feet now! Great value for the money!!

I purchased this as a non slip entrance padding for my small cottage entrance deck. Love the look and it was super easy to install. I know the product is meant for boat decking, but I figured if it works on boat decking it would work outside at my frt entrance deck, and it did... been there through a few rain storms and the glue is still holding. Love the modern and unexpected look it give my front door.

My ol' sailboat is full of teak! Where it is not, as an experiment, I have installed EVA faux teak, with black caulk styling (imitation deck caulking) and down below the same, but with the white holly faux wood styling. Thus far it is impressively durable. and very attractive, easy to clean and has not lifted anywhere. Good sound insulation properties as well. Most who come aboard comment favourably on the "new teak work". However, I am situated in the NW - not the tropics. I keep her in the water year round though. In terms of durability, the Jury is still out. Some, but not all, manufacturers provide excellent peel and stick adherence glue. Give it a try. If it does not work out to your liking, then you won't cry too hard into your beer, as the purcahase is modest.
