I ordered this twice. The 1st time it estimated over 6 weeks to arrive and got lost somewhere and never arrived. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and friendly and issued a refund. I reordered and it arrived within a few days but the size is wrong. It is advertised as 19 x 19 inches. They are actually only 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 . Other than that they are nice quality. I am very pleased with them I just expected them to be twice the size. I am sure that is not intentionally misleading and I was actually shocked that they were so cheap at that size anyway. I would highly recommend

It’s ok. Frame is poor quality. The picture is bright and nice.
