Good product
Works great. We got this one to replace a cheaper version with low memory and smaller processor. This product is absolutely great!

Good box
I did not care for the Alice UI, so I just installed a different TV launcher. Easy fix. Now it's just like anything else on Android 8.1. Super easy to navigate and works very smoothly. Quick and clean. I returned several boxes because of subpar performance, but this one is a keeper.

Emasculated
I tried one of the many Android 9.0 boxes and as expected it was missing the ability to use live wallpaper. Androids when you tap and hold a shortcut or widget you can pick it up and place it on the homescreen. This device as well as the 9.0 boxes have that feature removed after the operating system is installed. That means no Android launcher and no widgets. So technically this and all the 9.0 boxes can not be called "Android". Also the Android "home buttons" are missing. Since my decision to keep or return was contingent on that feature being emasculated or preserved I installed my launcher first thing and tested for it. Since it was missing I did a "factory data reset" to erase my passwords. Then packed it up for return. Another short coming of this device is it can not connect to a Wi-Fi network with the SSID turned off. A note for any Android TV box: they can't use "app to SD" they have a tf card slot and they give you the option to "format for internal storage". Do not do that because it changes the file system and makes your SD card useless. The device can't see it because the device uses Android file manager apps. Apps can't see it because it's not formatted for Android. The only way to save the chip is to use a computer to reformat it. If any seller of Android TV boxes has those features left in I will buy it.

Netflix app not working
Everything works great but Netflix. That was one of the main reason to find it to look at Netflix on my 4K TV. Other than that everything works great.
