My daughter is away at college and she started doing yoga. I know that she had a mat because I saw the order in my Amazon order list. I thought I would surprise her with a yoga mat towel as I know the mats can get sweaty and gross. I bought this yoga mat towel for her - and she loves it. It soaks up the sweat and doesn't leave the mat all funky like before without the towel. She loves the design and it works perfectly for her. Highly recommend for any towel-less yoga mat owners out there.

This is a beautiful yoga mat towel. Unfortunately, my experience is unlike the other reviewers'. I used this during a 90 minute power yoga class, and wasn't too happy at the end with this towel. My toes were sliding on the towel towards the end. After class, my hands were irritated and felt like they had been rubbed raw. I must admit I have sensitive skin (even products for sensitive skin can irritate me!), so perhaps that is why I had this problem. I've washed the towel, and will give it another go, because it is pretty and reading the words during a difficult pose helped me through them.

I absolutely love this towel! I've tried many yoga mat towels and they always wiggle and wrinkle up or are too short for my mat...but not this one! It actually stays in place, is long enough for my mat and holds up well in the wash.I also love the sweet affirmations to look at every time I'm on my mat.My 3 year old even loves it for her toddler yoga classes too! I had to order a pink and purple one for her too!

For some reason I tend to sweat profusely while others look perfectly groomed. It's bad enough when I'm stretching that I look like I'm doing crossfit I also have to get my mat wet and then slip and lose my balance so everyone looks at me. Now I am able to sweat and do it peacefully without others giving me the look of pity.

Did Hot bikram yoga for the first time. Temps stay between 98-104 first two min in your sweating your butt off. This towel was AMAZING. Soaked up sweat great and was not slippery and I did not loose my footing or slip once during a 26 pose class. Has rubber dots on the backside. Will fit longer mats. Will buy more.

I just started doing yoga so wasn’t sure how necessary a mat was but this one was a game changer for me. The non-slip bottom works really well as it grips the floor and doesn’t fold up easily on the sides. I’m pretty picky about colors and peachy/orange one was a great soft look.

I love this towel! The silicone dots on the bottom make a huge difference as the towel does not slip one bit during sweaty Bikram practice. Even before I start sweating the top material is non slip too and allows me to firmly hold my poses. It's a very sturdy towel, not too thick or too thin, and the length is just right. I got so many compliments on the cute design I am going to buy a few as gifts right away!

The yoga towel mat is quite beautiful! Just the colors alone really elevates my mood. I use it both for mediation and during hot yoga, works great for the sweating and prevents slipping during poses. One of my favorite purchases.
