worked good for about a week , then stopped charging at all.. hard to get it replace due this company who makes this product is in california ..

I was very skeptical to order this, but since the only other ho alts I could find for my wife's Chevy with v belt were power master, and very expensive. At first I didn't notice any difference as I had not yet installed the amplifiers. Now that everything is installed, and belt tightened properly. This thing is doing every bit of what it is rated! I have 2 amplifiers at a total of around 3500 watts RMS, and 3 agm batteries and this $129 alternator is keeping the voltage at around 13.2 at idle with the system at a daily but very loud volume. At full tilt it drops to the lowest I have seen 12.4. At 2000 rpm full tilt it drops to 13.4. Not too bad for such a cheap alternato . For any car audio guys wondering, so far this thing has blown my mind. 145.3 db on music at idle usaci rules. I will be ordering 1 more for this truck and 2 of there ad244 250 amp for my dually build!

Works well, make sure you get a belt capable of keeping up with this unit under its load. Gates or continental elite. You need to be the belt to questionably tight, if you think it's too tight it probably isn't tight enough. Also buy from Eagle High, they offer the one year warranty as well, the guys at LAcrtical are dicks and hard to get ahold of. Don't even bother calling them they are not going to answer.

I love this Alternator, With one wire hook up Easier to install than OEM, Looks great, turns on at a lower RPM (About 500RPM Crank shaft) than my three wire Alternator, The V-Pulley is deep and the Angle grabs the belt better than OEM, Plenty of Power at 200 amp and plenty of cooling.I bought two so far cause, of all the above and the reliablity

I purchased this alternator for a classic car in February… just got around to installing and found that the item was not working correctly. After having it tested I found that it’s the alternator that is not working correctly. Contacted the company and they told me that it was out of the 6 month warranty (October 11th) 1 month out of warranty to be exact. Instead of trying to solved the problem, they just said “out of warranty “ I do not recommend purchasing from this company.. they do not back the product, and as you can see the product is not he best quality.

I would rate this a 5 star looks very pretty. Works great. I put it on my 360 dodge pickup. Had to fabricate some things on the engine to make it work because it's for a chevrolet , but it was worth it. Couldn't find anything like it for a dodge. James jordan

Works awesome on my boat with my 3 Amps 8000Watt Total runs at a steady 14.5VDC even at full volume and Idel at 750RPM!Not sure if it actually puts out What it is rated for but it's doing its job for me!
