Wing Yoga Wheel 12'' - Balance, Strengthen & Stretch

Wheel has no give, very sturdy. Comes with a little packet of stretches/yoga poses which I was excited about, but none of it is in English. Luckily there are pictures! Great for stretching my lower back after working at a desk all day long.

Does not work like advertised

Awesome and fun tool to advance yoga poses and be creative. Sturdy. The book is a great read if you speak Chinese, well, actually never mind that, I don't.

Wasn't expecting this to be so hard and uncomfortable.

You can definitely tell that this product is from China. The mat seam was not straight and did not lie flat. There was an included pose booklet but it was all written in Chinese. The quality of this product was very lacking. If you plan on replacing the mat with your own, this product might work, but I was not willing to pay this price for this this low quality product.

I purchased the Wing Yoga Wheel - Balance, Strengthen & Stretch (Light Blue) for use in my home practice. The buyer should note that the product does come with a manual of suggested yoga poses that use the wheel, however, the step by step instructions are only listed in Chinese symbols in the enclosed booklet.There are several tutorials online that demonstrate how to utilize the product in your own practice, and those can be found on Instagram, YouTube, and even Pinterest. The booklet does feature photos that are somewhat self explanatory. Overall, this is a great product and is very sturdy. I have definitely been enjoying it since the day it arrived. I even brought it to the yoga studio that I attend, and it was a huge hit.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
