Wonderful Entry Level Archery Set
Dont let the packaging or the fact that it appears to be a harmless toy or that it looks flimsy put you off, its a great entry level archery set.Purchased with the expectation of it being a harmless fun toy which would be of a flimsy nature. The box packaging is Ok but does not prepare you for whats inside. Removing the contents and assembling (no instructions just a few illustrations on box packaging). This is NOT a casual toy to let children loose with, as it could result in serious injury. It is an entry level archery set which packs some punch. Its decent size, standing around 90cm tall, allowing around 20lb of force to fire the arrows which is quite significant. The kit contains the bow + string (which need assembly) but is easy enough to do. Also you 2 x metal tipped fibreglass arrows, 2 x rubber tipped fibreglass arrows, 1 x arm guard, 1 x finger guard.Overall its great fun, as an entry level outdoor archery set for anyone from 9 years up, providing inexpensive fun. Children should be supervised at all times.

Not great but still a fun bow for a beginner.
I've only had this bow for a few days and so far I like it. I do have a few niggles. the bow comes with no instructions. Nothing at all. Not even a picture. All there is to go on is the image on the Amazon listing. Not advice on how to put it together or how to string the bow using the included bow stringer. This is poor customer service plain and simple. The bow itself doesn't have a place to stick the usual plastic arrow rests as there is a cut out on both sides for a silly sticker. This is most annoying as it means that you have to shoot your arrows from the shelf which means that you need to buy more expensive feather fletched arrows. Rather defeats the point of buying a cheaper bow if you need to buy expensive arrows to use with it. Plastic fletched arrows get damaged really fast shooting off the shelf. I pulled out the sticker and filled the cutout with epoxy resin so that I could stick an arrow rest on. Also, there is no place to put a sight of any description. Not great but still a fun bow for a beginner.

The bow its self seems good and looks great but the information provided is lacking their are no instructions, I know its easy to youtube but still also the top and bottom limbs are not labelled so guess work required their and the answer to my brace height question was totally wrong.

Better than it looks, good fun starter set.
This had all the appearances of a cheap, ' first archery set' and comprises the bow, two arrows with rubber suckers ( no fins) and two metal pointed arrows with fins. No target sheet. The box is thin cardboard that didn't survive the delivery very well and for some bizarre reason has a photo of an African cat chasing its prey. The good news is that in use, it actually isn't too bad and my just teenage daughter found that some accurate shooting could be made with the metal tipped finned arrows, much less so with the simple ones with the rubber suckers. Unfortunately the metal tip came off one and was list but replacement arrows are readily available. So, as a fun and inexpensive starter set ( with adult supervision), this is a great set for summer fun or as a tester for whether someone wants to pursue their interest and get a bit more serious and perhaps join a club/spend a little more money.

I have always wanted one
So this mentions kids in the title, but i am not a kid, and i think this is pretty suitable for adults and teenagers as well. Having watched arrow i have wanted one for a while and didnt want to spend mega bucks. It is made of a strong fibreglass type material and comes with 2 arrows. It is pretty big and overall build is good.Only thing is is doesn't come with instructions, so i suggest you search online for videos where people show how they set it up and use it.

Very pleased.
Wish this had come with instructions on how to assemble it.At one stage thought the bowstring was too long until I looked at photos on website and realised I had put limbs on the wrong way round.Fired a few shots and am very pleased with it.

The bow itself was easy to assemble and feels strong and durable
Browsed many recurve bows so that I could start archery and finalized upon this one because I'm left handed. The bow itself was easy to assemble and feels strong and durable. I like the length and the comfort. Already fire consistently, albeit consistently bad.

A good family bow & arrow set for tor any aspiring youngster
Son is 6 & enjoys this bow much more than kiddy wooden bows that you get from funfairs or seaside. Reasonably decent range but at the same time not too powerful a draw for him to get a good shot away. Fairly easy for him to clip the arrows in for firing, though of course youngsters should always be supervised with this kind of "toy"
