Photo Clock for Toddlers and Kids of All Ages, Green/Owls (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

This is a great product. We changed my twins cribs to toddler beds and this completely helped with the transition for them to stay in bed. It's got lots of cool features that I haven't even gotten time to use yet.

This thing is a huge disappointment on a product that could (and should) be so much more. We had high hopes for this product, as we had one of the night lights that turns between sun and moon to indicate bed time and were looking for something that would be more "grown up." Man, I wish I had that $140 back (we bought two of them). I wish I would've spent more time reading through the reviews here. As for the positive reviews, I'm not really sure how those folks ended up happy with their purchase. Here we go...User Interface - It's OK. Really "clunky," as navigation through the menus is pretty slow. No "easy" way through larger lists. If you have 100 songs loaded on it and you want to listen to song #98, hope you packed a lunch because you're going to be there for a while.Time Keeping - Wow. This thing is called a Photo CLOCK. You hear that? CLOCK. That would imply that it keeps time. If this product does nothing else well, I would expect it to keep time. Both have been in use for about 5 months, and they are both about 1/2 hour fast. *sigh*Music player - This is the biggest disappointment. We were excited about this the most, as our oldest has an old iPod in her room that quietly plays music as she sleeps, and we were hoping to get a better solution (and re-purpose the iPod). Aside from the aforementioned issue with the menu/music list, there are many problems. First, one of the most basic features of any music player... random play. A glaring omission in the feature set of this product. Next, you cannot utilize two features simultaneously. So that "music while sleeping" scenario I mentioned above? Not possible because once the "night" screen comes on via the schedule you set, all other features are turned off. Want to play your music while you view a slide show of the pictures you loaded on to it? Nope, can't do that either. Time is not displayed during music play back. Once you leave the "music playing" screen, the music stops. Ugh. Next, both units we purchased have an issue where occasionally a song won't play and gives some sort of read error. Next time we use it, it will play that song just fine and give a read error on another.Digital Frame - We loaded on some nice family pictures. When they display on the screen they are completely distorted and the color is way off. They look just awful.Lock Ups - Both units that we have lock up frequently while in use and we have to unplug them and plug back in to recover.Customer Service - A little rough. I had a simple question for the mfr regarding which USB version was being used in this device and they had no idea. When I explained that all USB devices have this defined in the standard set of device specs, they became argumentative and I quickly realized I wasn't going to get an answer.So all that being said, there are a couple positives (believe it or not). The low glow during night makes for a great amount of light for night time without needing a second night light. It also does as advertised and helps kids understand when it's bedtime and when it's time to get up, but you can buy a $10 night light that will do both of those things.Overall, I can't recommend this product to anyone. Please, please save your money and find something else. I'm willing to answer questions if anyone has them simply to save someone else from the aggravation that this product has caused.

We were not fans of this item. The quality is just no there the screen is not good for pictures. The item also locks up pretty often and we have to unplug it from the wall. I also dont like the fact that you cant see the time while listening to music.

I have purchased FOUR Zazoo clocks over the past couple of years. FOUR. And that's not because I love them so much. It's because each one inevitably stops working for absolutely no reason. I haven't purchased any from amazon, but this is the only place where I can leave a review, and I want to warn people about these clocks!!They are super cute, and when they work, they are great. My son love(d) his. I contacted customer service the first time one broke and never heard back. I purchased another one on ebay, and when it broke again contacted CS. They told me it might be a problem with the cord and sent me a new one. The clock still didn't work. Again I went to ebay (there is no way I'm paying full price for these things!) This morning our fourth clock broke and I'm officially done. Please, stay far away from these clocks!!

My kids loved it for a year. Then it quit working. Customer service thought it might be the cord...tried two different ones...nothing. As of 13 days ago they were going to see if there were any other options, but I have again heard nothing. I ordered another brand for my daughter.For the price I would go cheaper so when it quits it's not a big deal.

WARNING - I purchased a BRAND NEW Zazoo clock on AMAZON. When I received it, it did not work. I contacted Zazoo and they refused to replace!!!!
