Very cheap quality for the price.It ripped on the first day which was very disappointing, and the sizing is completely incorrect, I would recommend going 2-3 sizing larger than your actually size.It does however give you a very good sweat, even with the open ripped parts.I would definitely advise wearing an additional layer underneath for two reasons:1) it will be impossible to take off after your workout because it will stick to your skin and rip AGAIN.2) because there are some very unpleasant sharp pieces on the inside that will prick your skin.I wash mine inside-out in the washing machine after every workout, then hang it to dry. It usually dries within the hour on a warm room.Oh yeah, there are NO POCKETS.I would say this sauna jacket is worth no more than £12 not £24

Buy three sizes too big because the fittings are miles away from normal U.K. or EU sizes. Works a treat though. Good quality.
