Hoping it will last long
What I like about this product is with the remote and the alert sounds I tried to program my passcode it works but I haven’t using it yet.

Broken a week after buying
I bought this and it worked for a week. It got jammed one day as I was leaving a store. Luckily I did a horrible job of locking up my scooter (I was running in really quickly) so I was able to forcefully yank it out when I realized the lock wouldn't budge. It's still there everytime I go to 7/11 I see the lock I spent $35 on. Waste of money.

Locks up
It got locked . Wouldn't release. Had to have a bolt cutter to cut it off.

Nice lock, loud alarm.
Use good batteries and this lock performs well. It will not unlock when the batteries run low, but switch them out and it works just fine. I switched to high quality batteries and have had no problems since.
