Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I've never given a 1 star review, but this product is unsafe to use. The 3 modes are exactly the same pressure and its WAY too hard to use near your gums. My sister tried it out first saying it was too hard on soft mode. I tried it despite her warning and ended up with bleeding hurt gums. We did have some fun with it and tested the pressure out on a painter's palette that had dry, stubborn, 1 year old paint. The pressure was so hard, it actually "powerwashed" some of the paint off.

Before my husband bought this one for me, I had a very big one and it was not wireless. I currently have braces and when I took the other one out with me, it was not very convenient because I could not find outlets in the restaurants and stores. This one is easy for me to take out and it has different modes whereas the other one only has different speeds. Since I have more sensitive teeth, the soft mode on this is really useful. This one is also more powerful compared to my other one, which makes cleaning my teeth less of a hassle.

I do not know who puts these reviews out there. They must be BS because this item is a POS. Did not work from day one... minute one. DO NOT BUY.

Ok so for now I have to give this item a 1 star I have been having trouble using it. I charged it for a full day changed the amount of water I was using the whole 9 it’s nvr squirted water out mot 1 time. So idk kinda feels like a POS to me but any pointers will help.

Convenient to carry around. Good quality. I found the water pressure to be somewhat high even on the low setting, to the point that it makes my gum uncomfortable. I haven’t tried other brands so I can’t really compare.

I bought two of them for myself and a family member, I opened the first one and tried it, well at least tried to.... It did not work right out of the box. put water in it and the pump came on but no water flow, I even had a full battery charge on it... nothing no water flowed from the tip. I did not even bother opening the second one, if I could I would put negative star. Units returned and got my money back, thank you Amazon.

Works great. As well as more expensive ones. Have to fill the tank a few times. But it's compact, easy to store, and charges quickly.

I received the product in the mail and charged it right up. The next morning I was about to use it, so I filled it with water. It turns on, but no water comes out. I looked at the troubleshooting page and tried everything it listed, but still nothing :(
