Great tasting! Sprinkle on most foods.
I love sesame seeds. And this product is a wonderful blend of sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, etc. The only thing I don't like about this product is it contains salt. Keep this in mind if you cook with butter. I don't add salt to the foods I cook, but when I use butter and add this seed blend, it's too salty, so be aware.Other than being a beautiful tasty blend... with added salt, I still enjoy its goodness. The seeds are roasted and flavorful. I add it to rice, meats, eggs, anything I typically add Mrs. Dash to and I love the crunchy texture. Great stuff and healthful.

Awesome delicious healthy product!
I love this product! Its so delicious and packed with flavor. I put it in my morning smoothly along with granola and fruits with coconut milk. Being a vegan it's tough to keep up on protein sometimes and a serving of this and I'm at my rda! I also sometimes sprinkle on my falafel patties and add to my salads. You can put it in anything. Great product. Don't forget to refrigerate after opening as the flax seeds spoil after a while but you eat them up quick I assure you.

Fit Flax
These are quite tasty as they seem to have salt added. I don't really see the weight loss they claim you gain from using the product. They are not ground seeds, flax seeds have to be ground to get any health benefits. Also kind of expensive, considering you can buy ground flax in the grocery store at half the price.

very pleased
I was unable to find flax seeds in my local grocery store and was happy to find this mix with chia seeds which I know are very healthy and also not found in my store. I use FitFlax to add to the homemade granola cereal I make and it is a perfect addition and tastes good as well as being healthy. I wasn't sure what it would taste like to be honest. I could also see adding this to veggies burgers that I make. I have recently switched to a plant-based vegan whole foods way of eating and this is a great way to add protein and Omega-3. The resealable bag is nice as well. I don't know how the price compares to store bought and I do wish this were a little less expensive. But I am happy with the product.

Fish Oil taste
You could taste the fish oil in it. Put that on your cereal in the morning and see how you like it. It was, therefore, nauseating, and I sent it back very quickly.

Did they change the product?
It's my 3rd time to order the FitFlax. However this time I received different product, or maybe they changed the ingredients...Twice I ordered before, it was perfectly mixed golden flax seed with black chia seeds. Now it's smaller but white seeds (I'm not quite sure what seeds are they), and the taste is definitely different from what I had before. The way they are chewed like sands or something... Can't complain about the fast shipping and nice packaging, but I really don't like the new formula of the FitFlax.

Very good
After reading an article from Dr. Oz, about the benefits of Chai and flaxseed, I decided to try to add them to my diet. This product has both items rolled into one. I love the nutty taste and I add it to my morning cup of yogurt. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to try the benefits of these items. They are small seeds so they can get stuck in your teeth, I am sure you can grind them up in a food processor if it is a problem for you.

When you don't have time to roast your own...
Expensive, but great product. I'm here ordering again. Since I learned to roast (pop) my own flax, I only use this as a backup. It also has the chia, which I have not found a reasonably priced source for by itself (appears to be even better than flax as health food). To roast your own flax (tastes great; recommend organic), simply heat a skillet (I prefer cast iron) to medium hot and put in half a cup or so of seeds. Stir for about 3 - 5 minutes. Have a lid handy, because the little buggers pop just like popcorn and can make a mess. Dump on a plate or cookie sheet to cool. Keep in fridge and grind (coffee grinder) right before using.
