Was very skeptical, left it out for 2 weeks on a stump in the end of may (they later pushed/knocked it over out of camera view) and only had about 3 pictures on the cam, not too much action in an area with plenty of sign. Left it alone until end of july, cam was loaded with 50+ pictures and getting at least 2-3 every few days, 3 different bucks showing up currently. Overall satisfied.

I know people don't usually want deer in their yards, but it's been so magical, waking up to deer actually sleeping in our yard and watching them during the day. We've seen babies, and younger deer, and even the elderly deer or two, along with one piebald deer. It's been awesome to watch them. (Yes, they do lay down to sleep and sometimes, the little ones do, during the day, when it's very hot). We're on our second lick, and they seem to enjoy it. The deer came first, though, so the lick is just there as a treat, and not something that lured them in. The lick seems to last a relatively long time even though it's been extremely rainy where we live. It doesn't seem to dissolve, at least not quickly, when pounded on by rain and flooding. This lick was recommended to us, and now we recommend it to you.

This has been the best luck we have ever had. The deer stand there for a good hour licking this. I would have loved the seller to package it better. With the shape and the weight the box came all torn up. Had it not been for honest people repackaging it a lot of tape I would not have gotten this.
