Beat my expectation! Best wifi and bluetooth receiver on Amazon!
This is the first time I leave a review on Amazon because the product is a gem! I have a great stereo set bought in 2015 that does not have bluetooth or wifi connection to phone/computer; I always have to use a 3.5mm audio for sound input to my stereo. As a result, I don't use my expensive stereo speakers often and rely on cheap bluetooth speakers which don't sound good at all (speaker not good enough and bluetooth further compresses quality of music to minimum). I have been searching for such a wifi receiver to enable wifi music or airplay music for my hi-fi speakers. Not many choice on the market for such technology. The Yamaha ones cost nearly $400. Luckily I discovered this product. 24bit/96Hz (hi-fi quality) wifi audio transmission and 16bit/44Hz (cd quality) airplay audio transmission at such competitive price!!!Not many reviews but I made the right choice. I have been using it for more than 1 week and it's working like a magic. The quality of my life improved a lot by having convenient and good quality music. The product also allows me to set an alarm with streaming music. What a gem!!!Pro:Great music qualityEasy set-upComes with remote controlAlarm with music streamingAllows many different music streaming appsBoth wifi and bluetoothCons:The set up instruction can be a little confusing but the process is very simple once you figure it out (10min for me to figure out)I look forward to future app updates that will enable more apps such as Xiami music.

Amazing!
This device is wonderful, I can cast from my Windows PC a whole folder of music thru WMP, I can use the Muzo app on my phone, that one is not great but I still can play music from my router’s drive and save my phone battery, also you can play from the app music on your PC using the Universal Media Server app installed on your PC. There is a lot of good options. The quality of the audio is 200% better than Bluetooth or the build in sound card on your PC.The Bluetooth and audio input cuts the sound flaw sometimes, but the WiFi broadcast is 100% reliable (I use Ethernet connection).About the Muzo app (I use android) looks very good, works flawless, but it plays the first 49 items on every folder, which is not too bad if you don’t have over 300 songs like me on the folder I want to play, you still can refresh the folder every 49 songs till you get to the bottom but if your phone stays inactive after a while the device will forget and start from item number 1 (if you have the option ‘repeat folder’) any time it hits the last of any group of 49 items inside the folder. You can still create playlists or a favorite list, but is too much work selecting song by song, or using the music saved on your phone but the best option (for me) is cast from the PC. Also every phone have his own memory for playlists and favorites although every phone with the app (on the same network) have control of what’s now playing. You can listen to I Heart Radio without having the app installed thru the Muzo app on your phone (on android) and other broadcasting options like Spotify, and Amazon Music (which is the most popular), every one of those works excellent.I will definitely get another of this devices for my living room sometime since you can play the same music at the same time in every device connected to the same network. After 2 weeks I am very happy with this device.I don’t know anything about AirPlay since iPhone’s are too limited I never use mine, but I can say that iTunes on Windows PC don’t have the option to cast to this device (or any device) at least I haven’t found it.OBSERVATION: something odd is that the device doesn’t have a visible IR receptor so I never know where to aim the remote exactly, sometimes not pointing straight to the device works better.Update: I just tried Airplay with my iPhone and it works perfect, just connect this device to the same network your iPhone is connected and select airplay on the apple music app while playing any song, it won't work while your iPhone is on carrier network.

Pretty good for what it is
The setup is fairly straightforward but does require reading the manual. Not intuitive enough to plug and play.Sound quality is good in streaming mode but multiple volume controls (device volume, phone volume and stereo volume) will allow some distortion until you have adjusted for this. A line-level output would be preferable.Sound quality over Bluetooth is very poor and connectivity is weak.No support for Pandora is annoying. This would not be a problem if Bluetooth quality were better.Remote control is cheaply made. The device itself is built well. The router had to be reset once when the device would no longer connect. This is not a replacement for the Sonos device but at less than $100 it is okay. If it has native support for the services you prefer go for it. If not, you may require a much more expensive device.Edit: After several months with the unit I am enjoying it. The internal DAC is not very good but running it into an external DAC has made a big difference. Even the DAC in a mid-fi surround sound receiver was a dramatic improvement. If you have a quality outboard DAC this will sound pretty good.My particular units optical digital output does not work. The coaxial digital output does work though.
