The actual needles on this dermaroller are very small so you need roll quite a bit to create any sort of real abrasion on the scalp. That being said the shallow depth makes using it rather painless so longer sessions aren’t that hard to get through.The comb/brush is actually pretty awesome. It makes it super easy to massage products into the scalp without getting it into your hair or without having to use your fingers. Not only can it be used with the biotin serum provided but if you’re using it in conjunction with liquid minoxidil, it makes application a million times faster and easier.As for the biotin serum, I can’t really say. The efficacy of this stuff is questionable at best. I can’t speak on any gains I’ve noticed from it since I’ve been using it pretty inconsistently and in conjunction w other hair loss treatment. However I will say it smells very nice.Note: if you are using microneedling in conjunction with minoxidil, do not apply minoxidil on the same days you microneedle. You risk the minoxidil being absorbed systemically and this can create some pretty serious side effects like low blood pressure and heart palpitations. I personally do a very heavy microneedling session once a week and apply minoxidil everyday except that day.

Losing my hair for so many years I finally found the right one. The front of my head was losing so much hair that I have two hairline entrances and it was getting worst, finally, I found and tried this product, and definitely, I am amazed. hairline complete cover and I could see small hair coming out. My barber and my wife noticed first and now I can see for myself. It took a couple of months to get this result so don't expect this product to do miracles within a week or one month. I think the roller that comes with this product is the key to make it work faster and efficiently. I really recommend it, you won't be disappointed for sure.

I ordered this in hopes of growing new hair. I had been losing hair for years but quite a bit this past year. I've tried several things and this seems to be working. After 2 months, I feel new little hairs sprouting. The package came as advertised, it's easy to use. The serum was a little watery than expected, but after a couple uses figured out how to apply without it running down my face. I started with using it every day for about a week. Now use it 3-4 times a week after washing my hair. As I said I've tried other things such as all natural shampoo and henna dye instead of chemical. I assume the hair growth is from the derma roller due to timing.

I started dermarolling a few weeks ago and decided to stock up on microneedles so I don't have to wait forever when my old one gets dull. This took close to 4 weeks to ship, even with Prime membership. Which was kind of frustrating. I'm assuming it's due to covid-19 though. Besides that, the package is well organized. Comes in a nice box you can save for storage and has a nice user manual. The Biotin serum comes in a bigger container then I thought it would. The needles are sharp and sturdy. I will be buying this again in a few months.

So I’m at the aprox. 45 day mark of using this product as described. To date there has been no significant hair growth but that does not imply the product isn’t working, as it is early in the process. My hair does appear healthier, and stronger - I use wax products, prior to product my hair would shed if you will rather easily, I am seeing less of that since starting. I have not changed shampoos or added any additional help so I have to assume it is the product contributing.I will post a 3 month review update and will hopefully be able to share before and after pics as well **fingers crossed**

Although I am not seeing a difference in my case, the concept of triggering a wound healing process, therefore more blood flow, is great, and the ingredients are clinically proven to work, that being said it is not fair for me to judge the product. I do believe though in less severe hair loss cases this product will deliver.In an ideal situation, the process is easy to use and the ingredients are beneficial for the hair. I recommend you give it a shot.

I've used it the product for several weeks so far and see some results. I've used it once or twice a week consistently since purchasing the hair growth product and found that it is quite easy to use. The biotin serum leaves a slight tingling sensation after applying and massaging it in. I found the brush to be sort of useless in my case because I have alopecia so it wasn't a huge surface area of application for the brush to massage. Hopefully with more use and consistency, my hair will continue to grow.

I used this product as instructed but I dod not regrow any hair nor did it help me retain. The hair i already had. Doesn't work or atleast not for me.
