This product is totally non-effective. It does not remove the itching from the ears at all. Request a refund for this useless item.

DOSE NOT WORK!
Product did absolutely nothing to relieve itching. Smells like turpentine! Overpriced and completely ineffective. Also, NOT RETURABLE< so I cannot get my money back.
