Durable and Affordable Replacment
We use our kids camelbak eddy bottles EVERY DAY and with young kids the bite valves get destroyed almost annually. Its was nice to find a larger pack of bite valves for a good price. These valves seem way more durable then the camelbak version. They are ALMOST too stiff to the point that the seal doesn't open as wide. They allow a little less water through then the originals BUT I'd prefer this more durable bite valve with a stiffer seal. This means they don't leak if the kids leave them open on the bed or couch and they don't leak if the water gets a little hotter in the car. We definitely plan on getting these again if they ever need replacing again but likely we won't need them for a while so I may pickup another set just to make sure I have them on hand.

My kids don't like them. They're ALMOST identical.
UPDATE: 2nd day, BOTH of my kids are complaining separately about these. The 3 year old started crying after waking from a nap and just wanting a drink. The 6 year old says it just doesn't work. It only works if they halfway bite the very end, where the name brand ones can be bitten just about anywhere._________________________These fit just the same. I originally thought they might not be as durable, but the thin part isn't where even the name brand ones normally break, so I'm not worried about it. Even so, if they break a little faster, that's probably better from a health and safety standpoint (less likely to harbor yucky germs if I have to change them more often...).I'm just happy to have more of them at a lower price than the name brand.Anyway, the underseam just feels really thin compared to the name brand ones.(In my pictures, the faded green one is the old valve and the bright green is the new one.)Helpful?

As good as the brand name for a fraction of the cost.
These fit the camelback eddy kids water bottle as well as the camelback bite valves for a fraction of the cost. As a mom of chewers, it is nice to have an option that is less expensive. They fit very snuggly into the bottle, making the bottles as leakproof as always. There is absolutely nothing to complain about with these. They are as durable as the originals, but less expensive.

Very nice but a little stiff for toddlers
I figured I'd give these a try since they are so much cheaper than the Camelbak brand and my kids always rip them by stuffing a finger or utensil in them. Overall I'm very pleased. They fit perfectly and the colors and texture are great. My only complaint is that they are actually a little thicker and firmer than the Camelbak brand. This plus the small slot makes it really difficult for my 2 year old to get water out. I widened the slot a bit and that does help. It's not na issue for my 5 year old. Just something to keep in mind for the little ones.

Fine for just water, but...
These bite valves work great if you are only putting water in the bottle. I tried to give a watered down smoothie to my two year old, and it seems that the mouthpiece collapsed when she tried to drink it. Cue a very angry and frustrated toddler. I loosened the lid (unscrewed it a bit) and at that point the mouthpiece worked fine, but who the crap wants to give a smoothie in a cup with a loose lid to a toddler? Not this guy. I'll stick with the OG Camelbak bite valves.

It works & can't beat for the price!
These are pretty much the same tops for the Camelbak Eddy kids cup. Initially, I did have trouble fitting it into the spout as it was a little snug; but it did which I believe helps with not having any leaking. Fits the straw perfectly and feels like it is the original. We'll see how these hold up against the original, as the original valve lasted 5/6 months.

Great Quality, Actually Durable!!
I love these replacement nozzles for my kid’s camelbacks. The slit doesn’t go all the way across the top and although that really bothered my kids at first because they had to work harder to get water out, they are soooo much more durable that the brand name nozzles! We would brake the brand name replacements within days of putting new ones on and they were always leaking. These have been on for about 4 months now and no leaking at all! I’m super pleased with this purchase.

Works. Fit the older model (thin straw, do not fit Eddy model)
Worked to replace the ones the kid chew off - replaced on 3 bottles so far. They are not as well cut so the hole is a bit smaller. I had to cut it a bit wider, closer to the edge, after the initial complaints, but it seems to work well so far.Note, these will not fit the Eddy type (I have those bottles too). These fit the ones with a slimmer straw (check the bite valves as viewed from the top. Regular=straight valve, no pattern, slim straw; Eddy=valve with diamond pattern indentation around the slit, thick straw)

False economy
The rubber is too thick for kids bottles, so thick that on one of our bottles the cap won’t stay closed with the new bite valve in, it just springs back open every time. From the pressure that is being put in the value neck due to its thickness, I suspect that it will split before too long.Hopefully after a few rounds in the dishwasher and a bit of use the rubber will losses up, but I’ll not be buying these again.

1 year on - way better than Camelbak original bite valves
The original ones are thinner, and possibly easier for a younger person to initiate the valve and extract liquid. But, that comes at the cost of them splitting very quickly. These are way thicker with smaller openings, and even our youngest eventually got the hang of needing a little more suction (only a little) to get water out.1 year on, they really don't look any different from when we bought them, whereas the originals were already needing replacement by now. These are really great quality.I'd buy them again, if I needed to. But at this stage it looks like we won't need to.

Not fit for purpose
Whilst these fit in the Camelbak Eddy the rubber is not very strong and they all split quickly through normal use. This results in plastic in your child’s mouth! I would not buy again.

Beware - too thick and fractures
So few options to get original bite valves I thought I'd try these. Unfortunately the material is very thick and stiff. The result in some cases is that the valve won't flip down and stay closed. The ultimate demise is fracture of the material as in my photo. Don't waste your money on these. 2 of 8 gone to the bin already.

Terrible
The product was terrible. The silicone was too thick - younger son couldn't drink from it as the hole was too small and the silicone too thick for him to bite hard enough for the water to flow. Also meant that the bottle could not be closed. When you bend it, like when you try to close the bottle, it shows signs of stress so I wouldn't expect them to last long at all. It leaked around the valve where it came through the lid. Sent back for a refund.
