Bought this after trying a few cheaper options that were too "sticky" and made me fall.These cleats connect securely and release easily when needed to.

A bit harder to clip out.
I’ve used these several times as well as the Assioma Original cleats. I prefer the feel of the Look Cleats while walking as they are less slippery. My only issue is that un-clipping out of the pedal while riding requires an extra effort. It’s easier to clip out with the original Assiona than with the Look cleats. While pedaling, works perfectly. The built quality is excellent. I do recommend these Look Cleats.
