I don't often review products that I buy on here and don't really know why I am motivated to do so for this one...but...I have always used neoprene in my weight loss efforts in one form or another; a waist belt, pants etc. so to have both combined would be perfect. This product does just that, it's a great blend of full body coverage. I am giving it 3 stars because I cant think of reasons to give it more but I will go through my pros and cons to see if I should bump it up.CONS:the seams 1; sweat escapes through the seams and the placement of the seams causes some pretty embarrassing (or comical depending on your attitude) wet spots. I end up wearing a coverup over my workout outfit which could be another con for any of you who workout outdoors or in heat.The seams 2; i am a dress size 16-18 and I ordered an xxl. I had no unexpected issues getting it on, having used similar items in the past I knew it would be a workout in itself to get on. Around the 5th or 6th time, my nails had grown a little longer and my thumbnail breached the side seam. Each time after that that I either put it on or took it off there was "seam creep" and now I have to take the item in to be repaired. It could be a size issue but there are pros below for the size that I chose however I would recommend putting this on without gripping the fabric and just using the shoulder straps if you have longer nails.Seams 3; the other products that I've used had no seams and I've never used a fuller coverage product in the past but I want to make my opinion clear, the seams on this product could be a weak point so use caution with them or go larger than you might think you need.Noticability; while I actually have no issue with the color itself, if you are looking for a product that goes unnoticed under your workout outfit, choose another because the seams leak and the color shows through pretty much all of my workout shirts.PROS:Posture - because of the size that I chose and the full body coverage over the shoulders, this product ensures that my back and shoulders are not slumpedMobility - my range of motion is limited based on the size that I selected which is a pro for me because it causes me to work a little harder to move and forces me to focus on full extension and proper formHeat - to be honest, I don't really understand the physiological aspect of why I need/want to use the suit but I do want to sweat more in my waist, hips and thighs and this does just that.Coverage - I chose size xxl for my dress size 16-18 which creates a more shapely appearance under my workout outfit. Without it, I tend to avoid workout outfits that cling to my waist when I go to the gym because I am ashamed of how it looks but this item allows me to wear more of the clothes that I typically choose not to wear because of the control it provides.Overall, I would continue to use fuller coverage neoprene items based on this product's pros. Although The size that I selected might have contributed to some of the seams issues, my plan is to get smaller and smaller so, if I have to buy another, I think my next one will definitely have a few less "x's" but have a similar fit. 🍀🍀🍀

I wear a 14 and bought an xxl, the first time I wore it the seam came apart in the middle, luckily I know how to sew and quickly put it back together. I wear it to the gym, it limits my mobility but only a little. Would recommend product.

This is a terrible product. I should have paid attention to some of the other reviews.1 - It does not do what it should do. It doesn't support the core in any way shape or form2 - it is essentially a terribly made wetsuit3 - it buckled around my core4 - it ripped as soon as I started to exercise write in the crotchDon't by this product.

Way to small I wouldn't recommend buying this product. I sent it back as I wasn't happy with it.

I never got to return this because I waited too long to ask for a return but this runs much smaller than the size advertised. I purchased it help with my weight release journey but haven't been able to use it yet! Bummer

It busted down the seam after I had it less than a month. I ordered a XXXXL . I am a thick thigh woman who wears a 16 normally. But at your own risk. I'm bummed it didn't last longer.☹️

It works as expected, fits well and is confortable, I wolud be cool with a zipper
