Reduced 70% of my snoring
I bought this set with the idea of using the cones to help with the air intake flowing. Sadly, my nose septum is too crooked and the cone will come out immediately. I was skeptical about the little magnetic clamps, but they actually work. My left nostril is usually blocked, but with this little friend, most of the nights I used it, both nostrils are open and my girlfriend says that she’s not listening my snoring on a daily basis as before I started using it. I don’t know why sometimes it doesn’t work. I still have to figure that out. May be something I eat or some kind of allergy that makes my nose to be more congested than others and thereupon the clips don’t work so effectively.Prolonged use will cause some pain. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and remove it.

Flimsy and doesn't work
Tried both the nasal dilators and the nose clips separately. Nose clips: insert into your nose easily but do not actually do anything - they don't widen my nasal passages or make it easier to breathe. It just felt like inserting a piece of plastic into your nose. Nasal dilators: I use Mute brand and thought I'd try these since they are cheaper. However, they are incredibly flimsy and do not stay in. Don't waste your money.

The magnetic rings hurt, and the silicone dilators always fall out in the night.
It says that you will get used to the magnetic rings after a few days, but I had to quit using them because I would wake up in the middle of the night with a sore nose. And the dilators always work their way out in the night. I don't have a large nose, but I tried using the largest dilator just to make sure it stayed in my nose all night - and it didn't. I do think the dilators help keep my nose open for a while after going to sleep, so I continue to use them. If I find it has fallen out in the night, I put it back in, as I do feel it helps keep my nostrils from collapsing. I continue to use them because I feel like I breathe easier for part of the night until they fall out.

way too much plastic packing and they hurt my nose
These are very well made but how much plastic packaging does a product need? They come in a hard plastic case and then each device has its own hard plastic case. I'm not quite sure what issue these correct - I have a severely deviated septum on both sides of my nasal passage - but was curious as I've tried most devices available. The upside is these stayed securely in my nose, which is rare, but they really hurt my nose so I won't be using these.

They work, but are not comfortable
I purchased these snore plugs, and two other types as well. I gave these a try over several nights, but was not satisfied with the comfort.I'm the snorer and I bought them to help my husband, who is a light sleeper (though he snores too !). Anyway, he said the plugs did work/cut down on my snoring, but for me they were uncomfortable to wear in my nose. Additionally, I lost them several times over several nights, probably due to turning over and pulling them out in my sleep. So, they do work, but may not be comfortable for everyone; however, I would recommend you give them a try. If snoring is an issue for you, then the price is certainly reasonable enough to justify giving them a try ! Just keep in mind, if you do a lot of tossing and turning in bed, it may be a problem losing them during the night.Overall I found a different product that stays in my nose better, and is much more comfortable for me. I think it really depends on the size of your nose, and how much tossing and turning you do in your sleep.

I can breathe at night now
I went to see a plastic surgeon to see if she could correct a previous surgery on my nose that has left me with a collapsed nasal passage on one side which makes it hard for me to breathe and wakes me up at night. She suggested nasal strips but also suggested nasal dilators. I really liked the Vicorrect dilators as they are soft and came in several sizes. I did not use the anti-snoring clip ( although me husband could use those...) I did contact the company via email regarding whether I could purchase just the dilators and in just one size but they said they couldn't do that ( I encouraged them to give that a try). The dilators fit my small nose well and they are comfortable to sleep with. I highly recommend them - just wish I could buy them separately!

Didn'r work for me
The magnet clips didn't work for me; they were useless. The nasal dilatators work but are uncomfortable for an entire night. It comes in different sizes, and I did try it all with the same result. Dilatators often slip from their initial position reducing their efficacy.I am using nasal strips now, better results for oxygenation and comfort and for snoring just slightly better.I monitored performance using an oxisensor and a snoring app.
