Good quality
It looks smaller than I expected, even though I knew the measurements before ordering. (But don't get me wrong: it measures what they say in the listing). Assembly takes more than the five minutes they claim, but not a big deal. (I bought three chairs from different vendors who claimed the same, when claiming "easy to assemble" will do fine). Crossbar under it is a bit tricky to put. (Pictures included). It feels sturdy after fully assembled.Edit to add: Ended up returning it. End user felt that while the seat was the same width as their older one, they need one with more depth on the seat measurement.

Simple to Assemble; heavy-duty support
I got this for my husband, who is over 6 feet tall and heavy. This chair supports him well, is very steady to sit on, and was easily assembled and adjusted.

Very sturdy and great price
This chair was easy to assemble. It is sturdy. I purchased it because it is not really wide for a smaller tub. But even being plus size it works great.

My problem so far.....
I bought this item in 2023. It has been solid. It has held me up. I still use it. My issue is that the plastic wingnuts are falling apart. Its not like they are falling off the nuts. They are coming apart. I do not know the reason why they are doing this. Two so far since I bought the chair. I had to tighten up the remaining nut onto the bolt. All and all the chair has been great, Its done its purpose. I do not want anyone to step on a plastic piece in the shower. This is just an FYI for everybody. I still plan to use the chair. I still like the chair. I would buy the chair again.

Lumbar spine surgery must have
After my spine fusion sugery this seat has really helped with my independence. It fits withing our tub/shower combination. The good thing about it is it's adjustable height. It is also very easy to keep clean. Great purchase.

Unconventional use, but wish I would have thought of it sooner
I was looking for a solution after ankle surgery to stand up in the shower because it's a non weight bearing recovery for 3 months. I tried several chairs, which didn't work for me at all in the shower because it was not comfortable and not natural to sit and shower. I bought this chair and put my garden kneeling pad on it, kneel on it with my bad leg, and it works perfectly! I wish I would have thought of this earlier.

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL DONE!
Well and tightly packed. As suggested: lay out ALL pieces and check. If you have a bad back, make sure the construction is up high enough not to have to bend over!Since there are 4 sizes of screws (and I don't know metric!) line them up so you know which is to be used. Put washers facing right way on ALL screws immediately (so you won't forget to use 'em, like I did!!)Black rubber washers WERE on cross pieces, but not fastened, so be careful, if you don't want to be running all over the place trying to catch 'em!I strongly suggest: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL DONE. Just be sure they have 'caught' a few turns temporarily.I placed the Crossbars wrong way round and had to re-do. (Don't see the instructions clearly demonstrate which way, but it's logical if you think about it!) My first clue was when I could not get the outside struts to line up to the legs, and realized that the way I set the Crossbar was the problem!)The 'padded' seatrest was not attached, but appears to be 'peel and stick'; since I felt it would, sooner or later, be grungy or moldy, I left it off.All done: The parts were fully included, but the instructions made me look for separate items that were already attached to their eventual parts. I was gonna leave 4 stars, but made it 5 since the errors were MY fault!!I'm 5'8" 165lbs. My 90 year old tub is long, but narrow from what I see. Most of the bath 'seats' are too wide for my tub, so this one may be sorta small to some people, but I need something that fits! Yeah, the seat is sorta short front to back, but since my 'disability' is mainly that I can't stand long in the shower, it works for me. Bigger, heavier persons may need more room. None of us (or our appliances!) are perfect!!Remember to fully tighten all screws!! I felt I should remind you of that, too!!🙋♂️
