Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This toaster has all the bells and whistles. It even has a heating rack. Literally you press a button down and a rack comes up to heat your food. The actual toaster side has a defrost bagel heat LED light up. You can adjust to what you need and it tells you how long until it’s done. There is also a nice crumb wrack that has a push button to take out. Like I said all the bells and whistles.

First of all this is one fine toaster...It is much heavier and better built than its similar priced competition...The outside stainless steel is thicker than competition as one has to push really hard to flex the side whereas others one can just barely push and the side moves easily..The toaster rack works as advertised, but the rack lever only lifts the rack up, so one still has to set the toasting time/setting on the front...For those who care this finish does not show ordinary fingerprints...I mean nothing...If your fingers are covered in butter or something, then yes they will show..The width of the toasting opening is 1.5" and not 1.8" as advertised...The wider width was one of the reasons I purchased this unit, but since the toaster has so many other excellent features, the width is not a deal breaker..And we don't eat allot of thicker bread or bagels...The toasting length timer does not have incremental settings between the numbers but it does show the actual number setting of 1-6 when turning the knob...This is very convenient...The bread crumb tray is recessed and deeper so it will collect more crumbs if need be...The sides only get warm and not hot, even on the 6 setting...This is safer although maybe not a deal breaker...Having a separate reheat button allows one to actually set the 1-6 heat for the 30 seconds of reheat...One only can guess the longevity of this toaster, but out of the box its awesome...

Better than any other toaster in its price range and up. My family and I have toast or bagels for breakfast every morning, sometimes for lunch too. Any toaster in our possession has seen at least four uses per day (roughly five to ten minutes per day). For this reason, we go through toasters like no tomorrow, we’ve bought well over three of them in the last five years.This toaster seemed to me like an immediate pick, with great reviews, a great price, and amazing features. The cord is plenty long enough, extending to what appears to me like a foot long and I can imagine that its metal exterior can take a couple hits from everyday life. The countdown timer adds convenience, there is no guesswork involved with what the convoluted number settings mean, it also settles down the most impatient people in your life. Buttons are very large and illuminate when selected. Heating elements are more than sufficient at the tasks you put at it. Put it simply, you’ll be missing out on an incredible value if you keep searching.Item arrived well packaged, in pristine condition. No difficult packaging and is simple plug and play as every toaster should be. One suggestion is when it arrives, run two cycles of the medium duration setting to get rid of the slight burning plastic smell. I won’t remove a star for this because almost every new toaster has that smell. It went away immediately after being broken into and the toaster is now the beginning of our breakfast routine.(I will edit this review with any updates, and will upload pictures soon.

I’m not sure how my husband and I made it 6 years without owning a toaster but that is all in the past now. After reading a bunch of reviews, I purchased the Hosome. It’s sleek and nice and compact on our kitchen counter. I love the warming arm (I honestly use it as much as the toaster to quickly warm butter or cream cheese on top of my toast. The crumb catcher in the bottom comes out easily. There is a little ledge at the top that catches crumbs and is a little tough to clean, but nothing a damp Q-tip can’t handle (yes I’m that crazy about cleaning).

First off -- this is the first toaster I've ever had that features a timer countdown. I really like this feature! I like knowing how much time is left. The dial lets you set what degree of darkness but having the timer is more specific and helpful when you are trying to coordinate breakfast. I also think it is the first toaster that has a bagel setting where it only toasts the INSIDE of the bagel, which is really important in my opinion. I also love the little rack that pops up for toasting or warming odd shaped items. I've used it for chocolate croissants and it works great! I love the reheat function too! I haven't really used the defrost setting. The cleaning tray is easy to slide out. I'm thrilled with the price given how much better this toaster is compared to the last few I have owned. I've never heard of this brand before but this toaster is definitely impressing me!

Well , after many years of digging my burnt toast out of the unplugged toaster with a butter knife it was time to give my old toaster a proper burial and toss it in the trash. I had no idea toasters have come this far along. This model is simply fantastic. After a week of use I have beat this thing up with bread and bagels and even a roll and it has performed admirably. Everything has been evenly browned. The cycles have been incredibly quick and a fantastic feature is a digital countdown so you not left wondering when the thing will pop ! Gone are the days of dreading making toast for my meal and now its looking for a reason to have toast with my meal. 4 distinct buttons to handle most requirements, cancel , reheat, defrost and bagel. An accurate adjustment knob controls how dark you want the toast to be. Overall the quantity in the build is exceptional as the levers are tight and the buttons and knobs durable. Looking forward to many years of evenly toasted bread with my eggs in the morning :)

DO NOT BUY THIS TOASTER. I finally received thr toaster after 2 weeks of waiting and the darn thing doesn't even work. I requested to return it and it would cost me more than the toaster is worth. Yes they would refund "upto" 20$ of the return buy by the time the refund and delivery is processed I'd be in the hole over 50$.

Is a OK toaster but I find slow so dies out the bread a bit Have not used the warming function yet .

Everyone compliments this toaster. I love it so much! It's like a super toaster!
