Does the job
These are the best insoles I have found for “ball of foot” pain. You don’t need to buy new shoes for this purpose if you have these inserts. They are worth the price, they slide in easily, they support where they are supposed to. I ordered a size smaller than normally so they would fit me in the right place. I little shorter is better than a little longer in this particular case. The arch support takes the pressure off the ball of foot perfectly. I highly recommend

Great metatarsal arch support
I have crazy high arches, and my metatarsal arch is too. Few supports ever relieve the pain from that. These definitely do. They took a day or two to adjust to for me. I felt like I was rocking front to back at first. I think a combo of me adjusting and the eva foam compressing a little. They feel great now. The only real downside is they take up a lot of room in my shoe. So, I can't put them in any shoe I want - It depends on how much room I have at the instep. I end up using a variety of insoles for different shoes - and these are a great addition.

Worth getting used to!
At first these will feel oddly lumpy, but if you give them time they will offer great comfort to the front of your feet. I have high arches and bunions, and these are helpful in all my shoes and slippers except one or two that can't accommodate the extra thickness.

Didn’t like them
Felt uncomfortable in sneakers. I really like the full length but decided to give these a try. They are nicely made if that’s what your looking for in an insert.

Foot Relief!
My previous Dr. Scholl's inserts had worn out and I was experiencing foot pain when walking for long periods. I wasn't able to get replacements in a timely manner, so took a chance on these. I went on a 7 mile hike over rugged terrain in the Sierras last week using these inserts. They worked great. No pain even on steep inclines and descents. I will buy these again.

Better than custom
My orthopedist referred me to a custom orthotics place that took molds of my feet and then proceeded to never make them and never return my 12 calls over a 3 month span. I was desperate to get out of my walking cast because it messed up my back. So I took a chance on these. They are perfect. They lift the metatarsal area so it takes the pressure off the foot and it can heal. I’m finally getting relief after being in pain for 7 months. And… these are so affordable and fit in all my shoes. It’s important to understand that the orthotics are built up just under the metatarsal pad in order to lift up the area and keep it from contacting pressure when the foot hits the ground. They aren’t supposed to sit directly under them or it would hurt. So make sure they are all the way T the back of your shoe before putting your foot in. Very happy with these and ordering more.

My experience/ foot type/ condition
Ok so I’m only a week into these but I’m pretty sure these are going to be the best off the shelf orthotic insoles I’m going to find, for my feet.I suffered a SEVERE lisfranc fracture; ie broke three metatarsal bones and disclocated them and other foot bones. 2+ yrs later and my foot still causes me problem (full disclosure never did physical therapy after surgery because I didn’t have health insurance, I just kind of dealt with it and used it more and more as time went on and treated it like I did before the injury.) The biggest issue it gives me is mid stride for no apparent reason I’ll get a shooting pain like i misstepped which reminds me I injured my foot and am not 100%. I’m also flat footed with literally no arch whatsoever when bearing weight and a minuscule arch when no weight is on my feet.So with all that info out of the way. These insoles metatarsal support feels more like an arch support and the padded heel and ball of the the foot areas seem thin in comparison to other insoles I’ve tried. Initially I wasn’t going to give them a try and thought the support would make my feet hurt in the arch of my foot. However my feet feel great, they still get tired and sore after a days worth of work but they feel better than before with other insoles I’ve had, not literally stronger but stronger in the sense of better feeling. The more important thing to me is I’ve yet to experience the abrupt shooting pain I’d experience at least once a day before these insoles. Even when not wearing them my bare feet walking at home feel more stable (the tripod support) like a good foot should feel.In summery these insoles worked for me. The only thing I’d like to see improved would be better or more cushiony/ bouncy like padding in the heel and especially the ball of the foot area. As is is good but I think it would be more comfortable with a gel pad.Note I also followed the sizing recommendation; ie my foot measurement and NOT my shoe size, which I think makes a big difference too. I ordered a size medium based on my foot of 10.5” vs my shoe size that ranges between 10.5-11.5 depending on the shoe brand/ style of shoe.

Finally relief!!
2 years ago I hurt my foot when I was squatting down. Something popped in either my toe or in the middle of my foot, and I have had constant everyday pain for 2 years. I suffered through it, and I found that if I just bought new shoes every two to three weeks, it was bearable. I went to the doctor, but I am VA, and they weren't really going to try to find what's what's wrong. I started googling all the symptoms myself, and found I might have Morton neurosis. I ordered these insoles and I've been wearing them for the past 3 days. Literally, after having them in my shoes for about 2 hours, the pain went away. I have had three days of not even thinking about my foot. I never wore shoes at home, because it would be instant pain. If I was barefoot, I didn't feel anything. I knew the shoes were somehow causing the pain, I assumed they were squishing my toes. I went up half a size and shoe, it got a little bit better, but after a couple of weeks I would still have to buy another pair of shoes. These insoles fixed my foot in a few hours. These are only half size insoles, so they will slide around, so I spray glued them into my shoe. Shoe. I also removed the original insole that was in my shoe, to accommodate these new ones. It works perfect, no issues, and finally no pain.

Plantillas muy cómodas para la mayoría del calzado
Se pueden utilizar con la mayoría de tu calzado ya que no es tan abultada. en mi caso, me ha funcionado para mitigar el problema de neuroma de Morton.
