Caannasweis Pan

We have a collection of good cookware but much of it had ceased to truly be non-stick or over the years does not sit flat on the stove. I researched a number of stone and other pans to see if one of the lower priced options would be a good alternative and decided to try the Caanasweis.Results. It feels like a professional pan weighing in at 2 1/2 pounds which gives it a solid feel. It sits dead flat and heats evenly. First test was bacon with all three pieces cooking at the same pace. Cooked hash browns with just a touch of bacon grease. They could be flipped with no spatula and browned perfectly.Finished up with eggs and wiped the pan spotless with a dry paper towel. Could not be happier.The wood handle is a big plus. Solid feel, no worry about burning your hand. It is smooth and easy to grip. My wife was a skeptic about the handle but said she loves it.Heat. No need to set the burner on high. I cooked everything at a lower temperature and got great results with much more control.Do not let the price fool you. If you did not know the price you would assume that this is a much more expensive piece of cookware.

I’ve been searching for the perfect pan for a while now and I’m so happy I purchased this. I’ve used it a few times and it’s truly non-stick and you hardly need any oil. It cooks evenly and quickly at high heat without any sticking. It’s easy to wipe down and clean. I wouldn’t consider this light weight but it’s also not too heavy. I’m hoping this lasts for a long time as my other pans have chipped. I just wish it included a lid but other than that I’m very happy with my purchase.

Love this pan, and what a great price! It's still very new, but I use it almost everyday and it is so easy to hand wash it clean. BMy experience is that non-stick pans have a definite shelf life (some longer than others), and this one started out better than the expensive Calphalon that is losing some of its powers. At this great price, replacing it, when the time comes, will be painless. The wood handle is elegant, and it is riveted through the pan, not just screwed on. All on all, a great value that I will use the heck out of

This pan is a good value. It's light and would be better if ut were thicker so heat would spread better to the edge. The wood handle prevents heat transfer but the metal attachment gets very hot. I prefer the faux wood bakelite handles of other pans by the same manufacturers, but this pan is an inexpensive 'extra' saute pan.

Ok so this pan is excellent. I am pretty loyal to my cast irons but wanted a quick and easy nonstick for morning eggs. This is it. It’s very non stick. No weird smells. It says dishwasher safe, and I have washed it in the dishwasher, but I think hand washing will prolong the life of the pan. The handle didn’t look so hot after the first wash. It had some tiny “cracks” in the paint. I like the pan enough that I don’t care. I’ll hand wash it.

This is a great pan! Easy clean up and sautes well. Instructions say not to use it above medium high, which is good advice because this pan gets hot, hot, hot. My only complaint is that the connection between the handle (which stays cool) and the pan is a also hot and I have burned myself on it more than once trying to slide food on the plate. This would not stop me from buying or recommending this pan, in fact I would like a larger one.

These pans are top notch, absolutely love them! First bought the 11" then bought another one for our travel trailer and the 9 1/2" for the house. No need for any oil or butter and NOTHING sticks! Searing is awesome also. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with these pans. Wish they made an entire set of these. Light weight and seems well made. Granted have only had a few weeks but have been using alot. If my opinion changes I will update my review, but I really doubt that will happen. And the price point is also great. No cons as of now. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought two sizes of this skillet on Amazon and hid them in the closet for awhile so the wife would not fuss at me for the "unapproved" purchase. She found 'em, and I confessed. She loved them. Now, she's taken them away to use for her go-to skillets. Light weight pans, long wooden handles, easy to clean, solid all-around. Just what we wanted for our gas stove.
