Love it so far!
I just got it last night. I was so excited, that I set it up right away! I also have a more expensive Garden Tower 2, with the compost tube in the center, about $399. This planter is cheaper and very easy to stack. And, to add soil to. The negative is that I bought two, to stack up high, over 6 feet. I'm afraid it may topple over. I bought two plant caddies, that weren't heavy enough. One broke, etc. Next, I'll try furniture coasters, which work with my other tower planter/composter, on outdoor tile to move it. I also like that this planter is easy to unstack and restack. Next, I want to drill holes in the base of each planter spot for "trickle down" watering. Update: works super well. Key is good soil. Unfortunately, I bought a few bags of cow manure, which became mud/clay. So, some pots have trouble growing plants as well. Also, good to get a saucer for underneath to keep your deck clean and neat.

Well made, just make sure to stabilize to prevent toppling.
Love it . Exactly what I wanted. When I initially stacked these up, it was obvious it needed support. But, I also wanted to suspend it in my Aquaponics greenhouse as well. So, after some trial and error and a visit to plumbing store, I have been able to suspend it, have a rotating swivel and a sturdy planter. I used less than 4-ft of 3/4" pvc pipe, some wide surface couplings, a total of three toilet bowl flanges (the ones with four slots to string the swing through), a plastic sink drain in top flange, a pair of Nosiva Tree Swing straps (from Amazon), and a HeavyBag Boxing Chain & swivel (from Amazon) so I can turn it easily for harvesting or toward a light, if needed. I had to drill holes in the bottom flange to insure no water could collect. I tested the weight factor by swinging from the rafters so to speak. I could tell you it was 110#s, but that would be a lie, but suffice it to say, there was adequate weight to test. I have attached a picture. (Sorry about it laying sideways)Pros and Cons:Pros:1) Well made and sturdy2) Attractive3) Plenty of grow room for roots4) Plenty of drain hole so potential for standing water is less likelyCons:1) They are a bit pricey. If priced better, I would have bought 2 or more2) If you don't support it somehow, the likelihood it'll topple is highI would recommend to anyone, even if you want to think outside the box or stack on your patio.

Deception at best.....
The product is fine, it's the salesmanship. Just write it clearly so people don't waste money and time. Instead of hiding the dimensions in the stats, fix the names. Large or very large, seriously.....? How about small and large? $95 for 10 terra cotta colored or $75 for 5 black well thats actually $95 for 10 or $150 for 10..... They are going back immediately. I'll buy 10 more terra cotta before I waste $45 on recycled plastic planters. That $45 will pretty much fill them with soil and some vegetables. Though I really try to buy American and support small businesses, I need them to do what's right by my wallet too.

easy to stack
This is a large heavy plastic planter, easy to stack, very happy with it. I purchased the 22in Black Dura Cotta Plastic saucer from HomeDepot great color match.

Price and Quality Very Good
I called Mr. Stacky people in Florida and it was much more expensive there. Additionally they wanted to charge me $30 to ship. So I started looking and found it here and free shipping with Prime. Went to Epcot and few months ago and they use hydroponics to grow all their vegetables so I want to do the same thing. Not the easiest project. If you want to just stack it, put plants in it and water you can do it in minutes.

20 plants in one space!! It's a win/win!! :)
What is not to love with being able to water from the top and have it go all the way to bottom, watering the plants below it as it goes. I put mine in a 16" saucer and set it all on a small round plant dolly, and I can move it easily and also spin it around as I water the plants with a sprayer and get the sides, too! I LOVE this design and you will be soooo pleased with your purchase when you order one! :)

Needs better quality control, cracked planter
The planters were just what I needed for my project. However when the product arrived one of the planters came cracked. For the price I payed I would expect for the quality to be better. Minus the crack on the lip the planter is still usable for my project (it’s more of a hassle to return).

Exactly what I needed for strawberry plants!
I originally purchased the smaller version of this and realized it wasn't going to be big enough for my strawberry plants, so I bought two of these. I love that the option to automate the pots easily is available, though the price is a little high due to this feature and the innovative design. This planter is wonderful and the perfect size for strawberries. It is quite large and heavy when all filled and stacked, so I recommend moving the tiers a couple at a time and reassembling. I will likely buy more of these, especially if the price drops a bit by next spring. Great product and very happy with my purchase!

Perfect size for patio herbs/lettuce
I love this planter and am very impressed with it but I've since found similar sized ones for less cost and ones that come with the litte rolling wheel base or a drip tray which this one does not (the roller tray in the picture I had to buy separately, and without a drip tray it can't be used inside).
