So therapeutic and beautiful
This is the first scratch set I get with a trace for you to follow a specific design. This is totally brilliant! The postcards come grouped by specific sets, each has 4 different designs. They are bigger than your normal postcard and you have plenty of space to write to people on the back. The scratching part is great, you just need to scratch off the grey areas allowing the background colour to come to life. Is very detailed and if you mess a bit of it is hard to notice. Is a very delicate thing to do so it makes you keep focused and lose yourself in the work. The set brings lots of tools, my two favourite are the fine tip and the brush. Definitely needed for the delicate sections and to keep the work clean and tidy since the bits you scratch off sometimes get stuck in the work. You get absolutely everything you need in the set. Lots of different tools for different sections. Great to try and see your comfort level while producing little master pieces.Great quality paper, great images, no negative comment on this product is just perfect

Nice art to do yourself.
I love these. I've tried everything. Crochet, 5d, knitting, painting by numbers and I just came across these. I'm obsessed. They pass the time & don't take too long to finish and you can post them as postcards. Good price and you don't need a big space to do it. Highly recommend these.

Very addictive.
Bought these for service users atn OAP day centre, they loved them and thought the colours were great. Some of the sticks for scratching were a bit splitery so had to wind tape around them, they also dulled fairly quick. But overall they had good fun doing this they found it quite therapeutic. Next.time I'll buy a variety of complex and more simple ones

Great timefillers
I love these. They are easy to do but still offer a bit of a challenge with the time and patience it takes to get them right.I started with my least favourite (which was hard to choose as they are all great) so I could practice with the different tools provided and get a feel for the more intricate bits to do. I thought they would be quick to do but it is surprising how long it takes so with 20 postcards to do it will keep me amused for ages. If you make a mistake it's easy to cover up by extending the design or maybe a bit of freestyle scratching if you are confident with it.Great value for money compared to others and I think a great starting point if you are trying them for the 1st time or if you are out of practice

So peaceful
I had the urge to do one of these scratchy things in lockdown and I ordered these whilst my boyfriend ordered the more standard A4 size ones for me. I wanted this set because it came with a selection of scratchers - the A4 set came with a plastic one that was both too thick and inefficient to actually use. You have to really scrape - or use the metal tip that came with this set, whereas these postcards are really soft and easy to scratch off. They’re really pretty, keep me entertained, and you get SO many! Less effort than the standard A4 type so depends what you’re after.

Looks good
Just received these scratch postcards. Firstly has someone pointed out The White House one is St Paul's Cathedral. I received 20 postcards but only 16 different pictures, 2 packs of classical buildings arrived, so I didn't get the fireworks one. I can use the one to practice on. Still good for the price. Just need to get round to doing them and took note of other reviews to be careful when doing them.
