Love Benevolence !
Came across this brand by accident. Elegant , luxurious packaging. Purchased several individual candles, reed diffusers and multi wick candles in varied scents for holiday gifts and their aroma was so lovely and natural we now have the bergamot & jasmine scenting the house! All the gift recipients commented on how they loved the scents received and that a portion of the proceeds help sex trafficking victims. Upon receipt of the candles, there is a QR code you can scan for a complimentary candle. It connects you to their Facebook site, but we aren’t on fb to claim the freebie, but just an FYI for you. *Update- If you aren’t on facebook and receive one of the BOGO candles contact the company via their website and they’ll provide a one time use code to redeem via Amazon so you don’t miss out on the special AND the customer service is just lovely! Very strong scent- Don't use all the sticks!
This is my first reed diffuser. Originally I had put all the sticks in, and 2 days later the scent was so strong I was overwhelmed. I had to get rid of half the sticks. Now I only have 4 in and it fills my room with a lovely scent. It smells stronger when I walk next to it, but when I am on the other end of the room I can still smell it without it being overwhelming. The scent is a very nice floral scent with a hint of something slightly sharper that I really like. So far I've had it for a month and it still smells strong.

Never go back to cheap air fresheners
I've grown up always disliking the chemically / perfumey smell of air fresheners, so I always stayed clear of them. Recently I moved into a new apartment and was having guests over so I felt a little conscious so I caved and decided to buy something to help the atmosphere. While these were being shipped, I also bought some of the cheap $5 type of big name air fresheners that you plug in to a wall socket.I can tell you there is a world of difference within the first 5 minutes of comparing the two of them. For one, I chose this Lavender & Eucalyptus scent because I trying to find something inoffensive--I'd hate to be stuck with a whole bottle of a smell that was too sweet for me--this aroma is surprisingly pleasant. It has a lot of "flavor" for lack of a better word without the strong chemical / sweet characteristic cheaper ones have. The bottle is gorgeous and the reed diffusers are easy to use to control the speed of dispersion. Because I live in a small apartment and I'm sensitive, I prefer to only use one reed diffuser in the bottle, which is more than enough to have a pleasant waft in my living room, or more than enough to fill an entire bathroom and adjoining area.Perhaps most surprisingly to me is the value $20 is well in the "treat yourself" or "luxury" for me when it comes to something like scents, but in reality I've been using this somewhat consistently (at the weakest setting, which is one reed), for the past 4 months and the bottle is still essentially full. If the volume of oil was just below the neck when it arrived, well now it's decreased by perhaps around 10%. At this rate, I can definitely say that I could have this out for at least the rest of 2021. If you have a much larger space and want to use 3 or 4 reeds at a time to release proportionally more aroma, this product would still last you months. So if you use the bottle at the same rate as me, it comes out to about 2 cents a day ($20 over the course of 40 months). If you're using 5 times as much me, then that's 10 cents a day. If you use this bottle somehow 10 times as much as me (which I don't think there are even that many reeds in the box), that would still only be 20 cents a day. If you consider that this bottle not only smells amazing, but also is a beautiful display piece it's a steal no matter what.My only issues is extremely minor, if you want to close the bottle because you are leaving the house for a few days, there's no real clean way or place to put away the oil-soaked reed(s). Being annoyed with this is like saying I'm annoyed with eraser shavings when I use a pencil eraser--it's just how it is. Another issue that I'm guessing is not common is that the synthetic cork stopper for my bottle has swelled a few milimeters size since I opened the bottle for the first time. It's bulged enough that it's too tight for me to close the bottle flush--it only goes in halfway. The cap is still secure, so this minor hindrance is something I can easily overlook.

Weak fragrance
Great scent right out of the box and fairly strong but within a couple of days, it was so weak I could barely smell it when I walked into the room. You can smell it somewhat when you’re within 2-3 feet of it, otherwise not so much.

It smells SOUR!
A Friend gave me Christmas money and I ordered three of these reed diffusers in different scents. I have been wanting them for awhile because another friend gave me one two years ago and I treasured the smell whenever I entered the room.Would you believe that all three are sour? They actually smell awful. I cannot find an expiration date on the box, however, these apparently expired awhile back. I am becoming leery of ordering such items online.

Excellent difuser
This is the most fragrant diffuser I’ve seen. Beautifully packaged. It’s affordable and an elegant gift.

Fading Scent
I got this essential oil stick diffuser kit. In hopes to keep the room smelling fresh. I saw that this said it would last about 2 months. Unfortunately, the scent died out pretty fast. I’d say it was strong within the first 5-7 days. I would come into my room and actually could smell the essential oil. Which was nice. But after those days the smell kept fading and became lighter. I have to keep mixing the sticks into the oil and then I flip the sticks just to somewhat get a scent back. Still have plenty of oil but even mixing and flipping the sticks constantly, don’t keep the scent strong enough.I was also hoping they sold a refill of the essential oil so I can just reuse the glass bottle just as it’s advertised in it’s picture with a “reusable glass bottle” but i don’t see where I can buy Benevolence’s Essential Oil. I’d hate to waste the sticks and glass bottle but it seems like that’s the only option. It was nice while it lasted.

Love the smell.
I put it on my windowsill in bedroom and love the lavender scent, especially when the window is open.

Divine fragrance, beautiful bottle, great value.
I received the candle version of this as a mother's Day gift a while back and have been obsessed with the smell ever since.I took a chance ordering the diffuser (from US to UK) and I'm so glad I did because it's absolutely delightful. It's very fragrant without being overpowering and the bottle is very aesthetically pleasing also. This is a great value product, I just regret spending so much more on other products prior to discovering this.

This does not smell of vanilla at all
The packaging was nice, but the color of the bottle was see through. I thought it looked matte by the picture. The big issue was the scent ..it was unbearable.I do not what it smelled like but it was very potent.

Doesn't last
The sent smelled great and the bottle is pretty. I renovated my bathroom and bought this as a finishing touch but was disappointed that the sent only lasted a couple weeks. Went back to glade plug-ins. Beautiful object but not high quality.
