great research book of marvel 70s rarities
Pretty strong collection of early 1970s Marvel Merch in all its' splendor.A research book of this caliber deserved hardcover treatment, but Pages are high quality paper and reproductions.Suggested values are laughable on some items, most notably the Third Eye Posters which sell for extremely more than valued here. But if you loved Marvel Comics in the early half of the 70s, it's a must have pilgrim.

Great for collectors and fans alike!
Love looking at all the cool stuff that I had when I was much younger. Pricing is a great help! Waiting for the next book (1974 and on) to come out and I hope it's soon!

Disappointing Follow Up
Got the first volume on a Thurs, loved it so much I ordered the second volume, this one, right away and got it that Sunday. Won't be that quick to order the 3rd volume whenever that comes out. This has A LOT of padding. Way too much fanzine info. While they play up the inclusion of the Mego figures, they only talk about two of them, but use 10 pages to cover all the details....EACH. How thick in the next volume going to be if they spend 10 pages on the Thor figure, then the Thing figure, then the Green Goblin figure. As a Marvel fan, I don't need this much info of the smallest details of those dolls. And I'm guessing Mego fans already know all of this, Some of the reproductions of the posters are nice, good color. But for the price, no, not really worth it.

It's thinner and not as exciting as Vol. 1
I have to agree with a prior poster, the first volume was a lot better and I now know way more about the MEGO line than I ever thought necessary. Having siad that, it is always nice to see pics of some of the things I wish I had held onto but didn't. Also appreciated the warning on the buttons as faked. Just was hoping for more, I guess.

Lots of stuff missing..
It’s an ok book... Though I wouldn’t call it a guide as there are tons of material missing.. The amount of stuff that was produced during this time was huge and it’s missing here.

Great Memories Of The 70's
As a child of the 70's, I found this a great read!I was lucky enough to be a member of F.O.O.M, but could only dream of many of the other products shown throughout the book.I found the section on the Third Eye posters the most interesting, especially as it included an informative checklist. I'll hopefully be grabbing one soon online, so found it helpful to show what had been released.

Aamazing book
Fantastic book full of fondly remembered, long-forgotten and never known Marvel merchandise. Absolutely essential book, aling with its companion volume. I hope a third volume is coming.
