Excellent! They are a lot cheaper here than sprouts or whole foods. They are easy to swallow, boost my energy and I feel good overall.

In addition to the above ratings regarding the packaging etc, I’ve been taking this for over a month and notice a huge difference with my bowel movements. I try to eat as healthy and clean as possible but as of the last couple months had loose stool. I’m also trying to conceive so taking this supplement along with other vitamins has me feeling so great throughout the day. No bad after taste either, highly recommend!
