I have an older Cuisinart mixer, which I wore out the wire whip (wire part came loose & bent wildly out of shape) & this whip listed model #’s that it would fit. That list showed mine. . Ordered & yes, it was the correct fit.I was Leary since first whip I ordered of another listing said that it would fit my model .. but it didn’t fit.This one was the correct fit & the listing of model#’s were accurate. It works great.. whips cream & egg whites perfectly. . Made well & hope I get yrs of use like out of it like my old one.

I had a pair of these for many years and used them most of the time. They got deformed so this time I got only one. It makes heavy cream whipping so easy. You are done in less than 1 minute!

I have found this ’replacement’ whisk a much better tool than what was included with the purchase of my hand mixer. It is significantly larger and has proven more durable than the original and I felt the price was quite fair. It has, however, backed up on itself where all whisk wires assembled along two balanced lines when the viscosity of the matter being whipped became more dense. It is not a major operation to reform the whisk into the requisite structure, just an annoyance. Even so, it is so superior to the ‘original,’ that I’d encourage anyone considering any of the multispeed hand mixers to add this to their mixer order and set the standard one aside in reserve for short term emergency use, relying on this one as the primary whisk tool.

Fits my mixer perfectly. I tried it on instant pudding and it did a beautiful job. One thing to be aware of is that the whisk is very wide and doesn’t fit in where my beaters are stored. Being bigger helps incorporate more air in your recipe, so I am not upset. It just may matter if your space is tight. The metal is thin, so be careful not to bend it out of shape. I would buy it again.

I’m having to order my third whisk attachment for our cuisinart mixer. The wire part pulls out of the whisk. We use it weekly so it’s disappointing to have to keep ordering a new one.

Nice whisk. It is larger than original.Seems to whisk faster than original. It does not fit in the storage case be cause of the larger size.

Just a quickie to say, even though it does not mention model number CHM-3 in the details as being compatible with this whisk, it is. I wasted so much time on the phone with Cuisinart and then, with Amazon trying to get the seller not to ship it all because Cuisinart said the CHM-WSK was not compatible with the CHM-3 model but, it turns out to be compatible. I just whipped up some egg whites using it in my CHM-3FR and it worked beautifully.

Good whisk, whipped up the egg whites like a dream! Whipped anything light without fuss....the only downside is that the wires are very fragile. I'm afraid to try whipping a Swiss meringue butter cream recipe with this whisk. In a SMBC the meringue is whipped until extremely stiff and i'm almost certain i'll ripe the wires trying to whip it up. I wish the wires were more substantial and less fragile but for egg whites (were the sugar is slowly added and not dissolved with whites) it has no issue achieving firm-stif peak meringues and whips cream wonderfully! Overall a great whip---but consider investing in a spare; the material isn't very durable.
